Guest Access:

Our guests have full access to the chalet and all its amenities. You will also enjoy the shared spaces, including a lounge with a TV and pool table, the outdoor terrace, the heated pool (summer only), the sauna, and the spa.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of CAD 20 per night,

OR

* A refundable CAD 750 Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
