Our host was so welcoming and gave us very detailed instructions for arriving, parking, entering the building (including pictures). This was all very helpful as we arrived after dark and it was snowing. The apartment is very conveniently located to shopping and dining. We had a very cozy stay and a lovely Christmas!

The home was beautiful, spotless and in a great location.However, we found that the showers were close to unusable -either freezing cold or scalding hot. We did follow the directions to run the cold water first but it was pretty much impossible to get the water to a reasonable temperature. For this reason only we would not book here again.The other issue is that the listing is wrong- the couch in the living room is NOT a double sofa bed- it is just a couch. Luckily it worked as a bed for one person but this should really be corrected in the listing in case someone is counting on the double.

The location was excellent!! Close to everything. Water in the showers was a problem….freezing cold or scalding hot. We booked for 5 women and found out the double pull out couch was missing when we arrived.

Wow! Fabulous location! Check in was easy and communication seamless. Wi-Fi strong and again- location!! We stayed in the apartment with 6 people - 3 generations- and it was great. Kitchen had everything we needed as we ate breakfast in but explored for lunch and dinner. Would highly recommend this apartment. First time in Quebec City and hopefully not the last, and will be back to this apartment when I come.

Perfect for weekend stay

Efficient kitchen and great location. Hot water was tricky in the shower. More hooks, coffee table in LV and luggage racks in bedrooms would make it even better. Nicely decorated and quiet.

Nice accommodations in Old Town

This served us well. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the living room was tiny with only one small sofa so it wasn’t great on communal space. And it didn’t seem like we could control the temperature. However the beds were comfy, the place cozy and quiet, it was nice having a washer and dryer and a parking space. Overall it was a lovely stay.

Great location, but not as clean as stated

The place is in a wonderful location and newly decorated. The amenities were very convenient for a few-day stay. The process to store our luggage before check-in felt unsafe and not part of a standard VRBO experience. The luggage storage area was a service hallway with a code given to guests of the attached hotel and used by the cleaning crew. We felt nervous leaving all of our luggage there, plus it would have been impossible for the cleaning crew to get around it with their equipment. The VRBO apartment was nice and decorated on trend, but our one tub had a red mildew upon arrival that we had to clean, crumbs and dust balls were under the couch and all beds, and the area rugs were stained and hadn’t been vacuumed. We spent more on this VRBO per night than we would have getting multiple rooms at a 4-star hotel nearby, so we were expecting a better service. Hopefully the next guests have a cleaner experience if they care about that.

Wonderful apartment

Modernized and Conveniently Located Apartment

The pictures depict accurately how cute and airy this apartment is. The beds and pillows are comfortable. It was a perfect place for our group to spend some quality time together while providing space for everyone to decompress after spending our days exploring Old Quebec City. Finally, having a parking space is a big bonus! There are some steep steps to get up to the apartment which was not a problem for us, just thought I mention it for those who may have mobility challenges. We would recommend this place.
