  • Location, location, location, and recent renovations make this Dartmouth Village townhouse truly one of the best in all of Quechee, VT! This beautiful home offers wonderful privacy as an end unit and marvelous views of the Vermont landscape.

    This extraordinary townhouse has recently undergone major upgrades including a brand new contemporary kitchen, hardwood floors, stone fireplace, new carpet, and fresh paint throughout. Two primary bedrooms with full baths (including one on the main level), a fun bunkroom, a generously-sized fourth bedroom, and a separate TV/gaming room on the lower level provide a variety of great accommodation options.

    The living room with vaulted ceilings, a loft, large bay windows, wonderful natural light, and a cozy fireplace makes this townhome the perfect getaway and truly one of the best rental properties in Quechee.

    You will only be a chip shot from both championship golf courses, next to a private tennis court, and a short walk to the Quechee Clubhouse, Lake Pinneo Beach, indoor/outdoor pools, and the Ski Mountain. You can be on the ski mountain or the first tee in less than 10 minutes!

    Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee's spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

    The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

    Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Great home and location for our ski vacation in Quechee. Clean and well-appointed for our large family. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Would love to come back again!

Pros - location was convenient and absolutely beautiful. Home was well decorated and felt very homey. Cons - Cleanliness wasn’t very thorough, and a bat was in the home our final night, causing significant trauma to our young children and necessitating a lot of calls with local public health officials about rabies risk.

Beautiful and Cozy

This home was perfect for our family of 5. The home was beautifully decorated and cozy. The bedrooms had plenty of space, the main level and kitchen were roomy and the mud room was perfect for keeping our shoes and extra items. The home was a corner lot with a private drive and in walking distance to the lake. We were all pleased and having a wonderful place to stay helped made our vacation exciting.

Quiet and peaceful

This place was very roomy, clean . Well stocked with spices, and cooking utensils. There was a basket in the coat cubby that had maps and info on things to do. Could use more lighting in bedrooms but overall a beautiful place.

Wedding weekend wonderful

I’ll admit it was a bit challenging to find at 12:30am but just as we were about to surrender I looked at my reservation and figured out what unit we were in and we found it!!! Relief!! Once inside we were so impressed. We loved the layout and found everything really in great order. The light switches were pretty confusing, but we figured them out and after that we fell asleep in the big comfy bed. The location was perfect for our son’s wedding. My other sons stayed with us and our 31/2 year old granddaughter loved the loft! It was convenient to everything. We would love to book this again!

Check in was easy and the house was pretty and spacious. Location is great and we liked being able to use the lake within walking distance (need to purchase a day pass).The house wasn't as clean as we would've liked--there were cobwebs and spiders in a bedroom and dishes in the dishwasher. A bat also got into the house on the last night we were there--with two young children, this ended up being a major issue that resulted in ER visits. I informed Vacasa the next day via text, and got an unhelpful response along with a note that the local team would reach out, which they have not as to date. I wouldn't stay at a Vacasa property again.

Terrific Rental

Great place that is central in the middle of Quechee. This condo is quintessential Quechee!! Great layout and use of space. We had 3 families (12 people in total) and there was plenty of room. The owners did a fantastic renovation to modernize this unit. I have been to Quechee numerous times over the past 40 years and this is a highly recommended unit to rent. We went during the winter so we couldn’t see the beauty of the golf course that is right there. The Quechee Club is a quick walk over the bridge, Lake Pinneo is also extremely close and the middle of town is a short walk/drive. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Lovely Retreat

The home was well furnished and very clean. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were modern and also very clean. That is important to us! The home was well stocked. There was extra TP in the bathrooms, hand soap and a perfectly tiny bar of soap, shampoo etc Basically, everything thing you need was there. I really appreciated the new sponge at the kitchen sink and dawn. It is difficult to bring every little essential, so it was a very nice touch and added to our comfort. We loved the deck and the views! Its a quiet place. We had a great time in Quechee. Do take the drive to Woodstock to see covered bridges. My only complaint, no hair dryer. Would highly recommend this place. Karen P

Beautiful, well located vacation property

This is a great location and a spacious, well equipped property. We were an easy drive from everything we wanted to see and do, and there was a great deal of space for us all in the house. There were a couple of key items missing in the kitchen that we would have appreciated (a cheese grater, a salad spinner and a regular coffee machine), but it felt relatively well equipped otherwise. We would have loved an instruction book of some sort: details on where to take the recycling, tips for local stores and restaurants, info about how to use the heating... The house was not easy to get into using the keypad, but we got some good support from Vacasa by phone and were able to gain access eventually. The two ensuite bedrooms were very, very cold. Not sure why this was. Maybe there was a separate heating system for those rooms?

Wonderful weekend in Quechee

The Dartmouth Place condo was perfect. We underutilized the space as it was 2 couples. We will hopefully return with other friends and family! The only problem is the usage of the key code door. When information to access the unit is sent on the day of the reservation there needs to be better explanation of the door. We had to have the local manager come to let us in and even he had a hard time getting it to work!
