“8 hr drive, raining and blowing- still didn t have u not #. Called. Got unit #. Got to door. Had to have code. Called again to get code. Code wouldn’t t work. Had to call to get another code. Some times it worked. Sometimes. 15-20 minutes to get in. Finally would n t work at all. Called for new #. Worked great. No w/d. One on premises. Closet in master -locked. Carried clothes to second b/r. I ve never written a bad review before!!”

“Great place for 2 couples to relax and enjoy the fall sights.Only problem was the master bedroom bath. The bathtub drain was blocked and took 30 minutes to drain the water. Property owner was unable to get a plumber over the weekend, so I removed the stopper cleaned a lot of hair and waste, replaced the stopper and bathtub drained real good after that. ”

“The property was clean and the beds very comfortable. However the entire property was very tired. Everything could use a fresh coat of paint. The first floor shower was an old chipped acrylic shower. The upstairs bath was more updated. Most of the overhead lights did not work and we had to search around to find bulbs that worked for the table lamps. Again it was comfortable but needs some attention”

“My sister and i went to classes at the King Arthur Baking School. Windfall was a great place to stay. The condo was convenient to drive to the school. it was a nice place to relax after a day of baking or sightseeing. it was great to have the washer and dryer. the house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Kat was easy to contact and very kind. We enjoyed our stay in Vermont.thank you Kat!”

“It was perfect for our 4 day stay. There were 5 adults and we managed just fine with one full bath ( & a half bath) a queen bed and 2 bunk beds. It was so close to everything.The property was clean & cozy. We loved the gas stove for heat. The property owner is a great communicator and offers a wonderful property.”

“The condo is beautifully situated near everything but also has a quiet, peaceful feel. It was exceptionally clean. We had some confusion finding the condo within the larger community, but our Evolve contact, Barbara, was extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall, it was a perfect get-away, and we are actually thinking about returning annually.”
