“The apartment was clean, cool and very well appointed. The beds were clean and comfortable and the cooling worked very well. Bathrooms were clean and the kitchen appliances were great. Location was perfect for walking everywher - Would definitely stay again. ”

“Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. ”

“It's cheap and clean, but noisy as other rooms are rented too...like a share house. You have to jump through a lot of hoops to check in...be prepared to send a selfie of you with your credit card, ”

“Could not fault property location, presentation cleanliness ect and the communication from Cosie home’s representatives was excellent. In our view the only improvement needed was the lounge suite while visually fine was practically not. It reduced the capacity for us to relax in the lounge area for longer periods of time as it was simply not comfortable. This meant we spent more time on the balcony. Also the issue with the wall damage was disconcerting and I hope the further investigation Cosie...
