“We stayed in apartment 72 on the 21st floor. The apartment is 3 bedrooms and recently refurbished . This is an awesome apartment. The sunrise from the balcony is spectacular. The onsite managers were very helpful. Handy to public transport and restaurants. We didnt hire a car. ”

“Avoid booking with Q Stay Properties. From the moment we checked in, most of the apartment had an electrical issue. As a result, we had no usable kitchen, laundry or Wi-Fi for the entire stay. Maintenance managed a temporary fix that lasted a day before the same issue returned. Despite reporting it immediately, the electrical fault was never resolved before we checked out. Customer service was frustrating. Emails were often ignored until late in the afternoon, leaving no opportunity to respond...
