The Space:

Situated just a short stroll along Lake Wakatipu is The Lodges... a charming townhouse with the Remarkable mountain range as its backdrop. Offering lake and mountain views, this property offers guests the convenience of being able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Queenstown’s CBD but also to have your own quiet time.



This property is set over three levels with the master bedroom on the top level, the living and kitchen area on the main level with a full bathroom. On the bottom level you’ll find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet and the fully equipped laundry. Sit out on your private balcony with a glass of local Otago wine and take in the spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps



We welcome everyone to come and stay in our home and simply ask that you care for it responsibly.



We provide an exceptionally clean home and the highest quality 5-Star hotel grade linen and towels along with high quality memory foam pillows for all beds.



Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.



A maximum of 5 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 22.



Amenities include: Crockery, Cutlery, Ironing Board and Iron, Hair Dryer, High quality Bed Linen, Towels, Bathtub, Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer, Internet connected 55 inch TV, Microwave, Toaster, Heating, Air Conditioning, High Speed Fibre Internet Access, Car parking space for one car, Suitable for children.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed (Can be split into 2 Singles)

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Single Bed

*Please let us know your preferred bed configuration at least 3 days prior to arrival. If you decide to change the setup after you've arrived, a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee applies. This covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange the beds and fit new linen.

Baby Accessories - A portacot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided on request for a fee of NZD $50. Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Quiet hours: 10PM-6AM

3 Night minimum stay over Christmas and New Years



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire house.
