    - a 10 minute walk to the "Boatshed Cafe" for breakfast and coffee.

    - a 2 minute walk to the Frankton Arms Tavern. A great place for a quiet drink and a pub bistro meal. Highly recommended.

    - a short 5 minute stroll and walk across the famous Kawarau "Fools Bridge" and you are at the Hilton Hotel for evening dining or perhaps a morning coffee on the way back from your mountain bike ride.

    - The newly opened "Five Mile Shopping Centre" is a 10 minute walk away.

    - located also within a 10 minute walk is the Frankton 9 hole Golf Course. A 10 minute drive to play at any one of the following 18 hole golf courses:
    -Kelvin Heights
    -Jacks Point
    -Millbrook
    -The Hills

    - If a morning work out at the Gym is your thing or a swim then Alpine Aqualand located at the Queenstown Events Centre is also only a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

    - If Tennis is your thing then there are two conveniently located courts directly opposite the apartment on the adjacent Frankton Reserve.

    - Outdoor furniture table, chairs and umbrella are located in the private courtyard.

    - Use of the laundry must be requested and approved by the on site property manager before use.

    - We have a Golden Retriever named "Ferg" who lives upstairs with us. He is very friendly, very quiet and very lovely!
    Special conditions:
    Property Owner lives on site in house above which is private and off limits to guests.

    *Guests must not park in the driveway there's off street parking in front of the house.
    *Guests are asked to please remove their footwear prior to entering the home.
    *All Skis and Snowboards are not to be stored inside the house.
    *Please ventilate the house each morning.
    *Use of the Spa Pool requires the lid to be folded back onto the hanger. No glassware in the Spa Pool. Plastic wine glasses on shelf.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

The property was perfect. Just as described and shown in the pictures. Loved the location right on the lake. Also, close enough to Queenstown without being right in the middle of it all. Would highly recommend.

only we liked the view from property. toilet flush system was very hard to flush which makes us scared to break our thumb. No gas stove in kitchen we received reminder sms which we makes us uncomfortable. where we were thinking about house more than our holiday. we used many places but felt uncomfortable to reminders.

Amazing views

Only had a short time here but the views are stunning, location great, accommodation is modern and warm. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Excellent Accomodation!!

The hosts were friendly, location was great and the amenities were fantastic. Great feature is the location. Close to lots of activities without being stuck in town. Hot Tub was a real treat after a long day. I highly recommend this house and look forward to making it back next year. Thanks.

Fantastic views and lovely property. Hot Tub was great and food provided for breakfast more than adequate. Although there was no hot plate for cooking, the microwave was a multi function one and there was a George Foreman grill so could cook a light meal

Fantastic property. Fantastic view. Comfortable and clean. Ferg the puppy was gorgeous. Close enough to town. Very close to airport. Suggest a few cleaning items ie dustpan & broom, clothes airer, and if offering continental breakfast enough milk etc for the full stay. Spa a bonus. Views for ever. Thai food 350 metres up the road the best I have ever eaten. Owners friendly & helpful. Enjoyed our stay . I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Queenstown. Thankyou

Amazing location and property.

Amazing location and property. Everything is nicely set out and the spa and it's views over the lake were one of the highlights of our trip. Whilst a few minutes out from Queenstown's centre the peaceful location and memory making views as well as the wonderful facillities and friendly host meant that before we'd even left we were already discussing coming back.

Not as advertised. Poor standard of cleanliness, sheets on beds not changed on arrival which was upsetting and not what you expect when paying for this standard of accommodation. However the view up the lake was lovely.

We found the location central to all of the wonderful things to do in the Queenstown area.

We found the location central to all of the wonderful things to do in the Queenstown area. The apartment was great for my husband, best friend and I. We had two bedrooms, a great bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a nice living room space for us to hang out in. Perfect for our situation.

Best location in Queenstown! Great view and very quiet but with easy access to everything you need. We were very comfortable during our stay - great place to relax and enjoy the delights of Queenstown. We were lucky enough to wake up to a great snowfall and the hot tub was fantastic!

Thank you liana. We enjoyed staying in this lovely spacious apartment . The views west over the lake were lovely. interesting skies. We liked being out of the busy town centre. Planes weren't a worry. A few more basics things for cooking with would be great.
