The Space

A two-bedroom newly built home in Frankton. Close to nearby shops and attractions. The living areas look out to this property is between other houses, there is no view.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction stove, oven, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher.

Balcony: There is a small backyard with a small patio, table and chairs.

The Neighbourhood

Delaney Loop is a peaceful residential street in a newer Queenstown development, close to the base of The Remarkables.

The area offers a local café, playgrounds, walking trails, and a relaxed, community feel—just a short drive from Frankton’s shopping hub and Queenstown Airport.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 15 Internal; 2 External

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (177 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
