Falsely claiming of lost or damaged items
We are two families with kids stayed for 4 nights, check in process was smooth and the property is a good choice overall except they are falsely claiming about lost things and damaged things. The management are claiming lost UE boom speaker, and a bed lamp which we haven't noticed in the property during our stay and bit mentioned anywhere in the chattle list. As we have gave authorisation on our card while paying the money they are deducting the money by false claiming. If we try to explain the same with them they are claiming new things such as property was messy, things are not in right place. By that I have understand that it's there intention to false claim some money.I would recommend anyone entering this property should take clear pictures/videos of before and after checkout so that you can defend yourself if they do any such false claims.
