Guest Access:

Arrival instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests have full private access to the apartment, shared outdoor areas, and on-site parking.

Interaction:
We are available to answer any questions prior to or during your stay. The Tahuna Team will also be on call for any urgent needs after 5pm.

Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located close to Queenstown's town centre, making it easy to explore on foot, by car, or via public transport.

Please note the property has a number of stairs may not be suitable with mobility issues.

Other Things to Note:

Please note there is active construction next door, which may include noise and large vehicles. This does not obstruct the view in anyway, but may be visible from certain windows or angles.

Sometimes there may be people staying in the main house above the apartment, therefore there may be potential noise.

The T&Cs for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.

This property is situated in a residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00pm and 8:00am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00pm and 8:00am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
During the hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am, neighbours or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
