The living room is the main event - the gas fireplace sits at the centre of the room so you get the warmth and the lake at the same time. Watch the jet boats and water taxis carving across the lake from the sofa. The kind of space where no one is in a hurry to move. Despite being ten minutes from the centre of town, the apartment feels a long way from it - quiet, elevated, and genuinely private.

A large stone island anchors the kitchen - leather bar stools and pendant lights above. On a clear day, watch the paragliders drifting off the Skyline Gondola from the kitchen window. Gas cooktop, oven, Nespresso machine, dual air fryer, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge. The island works just as well for a morning of remote work as it does for an evening meal.

SURROUNDINGS
Queenstown Gardens is a five-minute walk - a lakeside loop track and the start of the Frankton trail, which takes you all the way to Arrowtown or Kelvin Heights on foot or by bike. Adelaide Street itself is steep, worth knowing if you are arriving on foot with luggage. The lake is close enough to hear the water on a still morning - one of the quieter pleasures of staying this close to the waterfront

ON ARRIVAL
Arrive to a fully made apartment - fresh linen, bath towels, hand towels, and spa towels for hot tub use. Coffee, tea, and milk are stocked in the kitchen. Toiletries - body wash, shampoo, and conditioner - are provided throughout

GUEST ACCESS
Self check-in with full access to the apartment. Arrival instructions and parking details are sent 24 hours before check-in. Please return the key to the lockbox during your stay and on departure.

Please note the penthouse is accessed via stairs only - there is no lift available. The staircase is straightforward and easy to navigate for most guests.

TRANSPORT
One secure underground car park is included. Street parking is available on Adelaide Street - note the hill is steep. The nearest bus stop is 350 metres away.
