The villa is located in Frankton, a well-established Queenstown suburb approximately 7 km from the CBD. Frankton is one of Queenstown’s main shopping and transport hubs and is home to Queenstown Airport, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a wide range of shops and services.

Five Mile Shopping Centre is right next door, Queenstown Airport is approximately five minutes away, and the nearby Frankton Bus Hub provides public transport connections to central Queenstown and surrounding areas. The location also provides convenient road access to The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and the wider Queenstown region.

Please note that the villa is not within walking distance of central Queenstown. The drive into the CBD generally takes around 15 minutes but may take longer during busy periods. A vehicle or public transport is recommended if you plan to spend significant time in town.

The setting

Tāhuna Villa is part of a large, modern residential development containing approximately 220 similar standalone villas. This is a residential suburban setting rather than a central Queenstown apartment, secluded alpine retreat or resort.

The villa offers excellent value for this standard of accommodation and is ideal for guests who value quality, convenience and affordability over a central Queenstown location.

Inside the villa

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area is located on the ground floor. The space includes comfortable modern furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, heating throughout and air conditioning in the living area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, with cooking oil, spices, salt and pepper provided.

Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs.
