The Space

A three-bedroom home set over multiple levels, in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park. The living areas look out to view over the lake.

The layout flows from entry into open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, then kitchen and dining straight ahead, then living area adjacent to kitchen, then downstairs hallway leading to master bedroom on right, two additional bedrooms on right, and main bathroom straight ahead. The washer and dryer to the left hand side.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms with view over the lake.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and bath combined. The main bathroom has just a shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with pod coffee machine, four-slot toaster, dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop, fridge, microwave.

Balcony: There is a small balcony upstairs with a picnic table.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Internal stairs between living area and bedrooms; external steps leading down to BBQ and Spa pool

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
