House was amazing! Perfect for our family of 16. Spectacular views, spacious bedrooms, clean, amazing living spaces on main floor and top floor, pool was great! Walkable to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach. The management company was wonderful! The whole process was seamless. Valerie was super helpful in booking excursions and answering questions about travel/house etc. David was a great host and always available to answer questions about the house or recommend activities, restaurants etc. Housekeeping staff was great and chef Germaine and team were top notch! Would recommend this experience to anyone and will definitely come back!

Our stay could not have been better. The house itself is fantastic. We had 12 people in our group (8 adults, 4 children) and there was plenty of space for people to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. We brought a few of our own inflatables for the pool, but otherwise the house was stocked with everything we needed. Location is great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We did rent a car but could've gotten away without it. We only used it to get to the beach (could have taken cabs) and grocery store (can get groceries delivered for $5). We of course took a guided tour of Manual Antonio National Park and also saw a bunch of wildlife from the house -- sloths, macaws, toucans, white faced monkeys and squirrel monkeys. Highly recommend hiring a private chef. We found it was cheaper than eating out. We had Chef Marcos and Chef Esteban and both were amazing! David, Valerie, and the concierge team were so helpful and easy to work with both before and during our trip. It was a 5-star experience all around!

My sister & I have sons graduating from college & we wanted one last spring break for them and their friends and this house did not disappoint. We were a group of 13 family and friends (6 adults in our 50's & 8 adults in their 20's) and we used all the bedrooms. They were clean and well appointed with stunning views of the ocean. The mini splits worked well keeping you cooled while you slept, in what was a hotter than normal spring break. The daily maid service kept the house immaculately clean during our stay. House is geared for a large group with 2 fridges, lots of coffee pots, beach towels. The beds are very comfortable, good hot water and pressure. House has stunning views and proximity to wonderful restaurants like Agua Azul, Cafe Milagro, Emilio's etc. We spent most of out time in that amazing pool facing the Pacific. We are not a party crew, but preferred to watch movies, have two in-home catered meals and dine out. I am not exaggerating when I say that we viewed just as much wildlife in the trees while swimming in the pool, than we did on our Manuel Antonio Park tour. Ex: sloths, all three monkeys (squirrel, howler and capuchin), pairs of flying macaws, toucans and agouti. I will say the driveway is steep, but so are most houses in Costa Rica, but our little SUV had a bit of trouble until we figured out the perfect way to approach it.There are 4 levels with stairs, but so worth it! I'd come back in a heartbeat!

This home was everything we were looking for! We were a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler, and all had plenty of space, indoors and out. The WiFi was great, so it’s a great place to work remotely if you have to. The home is thoughtfully designed and has a beautiful aesthetic. The management company was incredible at responding - the concierge service is top notch. We hired drivers, chefs, tours, and in home massages. HIGHLY recommend Chef Hairo (aka Choko). The housekeeper and maintenance were terrific and trustworthy. It was so easy to get around in Quepos (and Manuel Antonio National Park) and even though we were there at the tail end of rainy season, we were only home bound a couple days…there certainly wasn’t anything wrong with that! After staying here a week, we wish we could call this home!!! What a wonderful experience and stay. If we’re back in Quepos again, we’d definitely stay here…but might fly from San Jose instead of do the 3 hour drive :)

To say I was impressed with our stay and the home would be an understatement. Costa Rica is an amazing place and this home and our stay there only made it even more amazing and incredible. The home is beautiful and spacious. The view is arguably the best view in Costa Rica. The location was nothing short of perfect and we loved it. The View! The View! The View!! We loved the pool! The home was spotless and perfectly kept clean when we arrived and every single day. It was comfortable and had everything we needed and then more. The beds were so comfortable everyone had perfect rest and relaxation. The housekeeping daily was so nice and Karol and Carlos did an amazing job of keeping the home clean and perfect everyday. Laundry was done daily and they were like ghosts, never in the way and always did an amazing job. I can’t say enough about the staff. They work hard and do such a great job. The most special part of our experience at the home was having Chef Jorge and his Sous-chef Kim. We had them prepare meals for our family on 3 days for breakfast and dinner. It was absolutely delicious and amazing to have them there . The food was delicious and their company was so good. Chef Jorge prepares some of the most delicious meals I have had and their attention to detail was impressive. They created meals at our requests and everyone in our family of 10 was impressed. They made delicious appetizers each night and amazing cocktails. Overall out entire stay and experience was amazing.

The house is brand spanking new. It sits up high in the valley with absolutely amazing views of the ocean. The house concierge is great and helps with booking all excursions. If you are going to Manuel Antonio this is the house to book.
