  • Located in Quincy, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. This quaint home features two bathrooms, making it easy for guests to refresh and relax. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating throughout the space. An iron and hair dryer are also available to help guests feel right at home. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this superb house provides a welcoming retreat. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

    Our home is a 10 minute drive to The Gorge Amphitheater. Our lovely home is situated in the cozy Sunland Estates Community. We have ample water recreational activities. You may bring your boat and your Discovery Pass. We have a free boat launch in the community. Sunland Estates has a beautiful park on the Columbia River for you to use for relaxing or launching your paddle board. Our go to our local swimming holes, on either end of the community - RattleSnake Cove or North Beach. We have beautiful walking paths surrounding the community.

    If you are looking for a scrumptious meal, check out our local restaurant Riverside. Riverside has a full bar, pizzas, sandwiches, appetizers and a hearty breakfast. Not only do we have a restaurant, but they also run our local general store and gas station.

    Please be prepared; there is no ATM or electrical vehicle charging stations in Sunland Estates.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great water pressure, comfortable beds, nice fans for air movement and noise. Owners were lovely and there was a neighborly dog that made me feel both loved and safe, shout out to BT! Plan to stay here again when we visit for another Gorge weekend.

Everything was excellent and they made us feel very welcomed! Great communication made everything easy from start to finish. The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for our crew. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We love sunland!

This home is perfect for our family. Nice big open kitchen, comfortable chairs and couch, short, walk to the store and river. The beds and sheets were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful large duplex!

We lived our stay on Capitol Hill in SLC. This duplex is spacious and well-equipped. Will stay again!

Perfect Spot!

We had a great time staying at the Black dog inn. Perfect location for gorge concerts and Columbia river activities. Friendly neighbors and stunning views. We will be back!

Great stay- great location

2 families of 3 stayed for a volleyball tournament at convention center. Plenary of room. Great location. Property manager VERY responsive.

Great Host! Great Location!

Jaelyn was such a good host! She was very prompt in responding to our requests. The house is very close to the capital building and convenient to downtown restaurants.

Great house in a great location

Spent 6 nights at this perfectly located duplex house. Lots of walks thru nearby City Creek Park trails and into downtown each morning to get coffee. The house was roomy and clean. We cooked dinners at the house most nights. Highly recommended.

Should you be fortunate enough to stumble upon this rental, then congratulations. If you decide to stay at the Black Dog Inn, then you will experience a truly hidden gem of communities at the Sunland Estates. Cyndy communicated clearly and concisely prior to our arrival, at which time we were greeted by Marty, a very sweet and welcoming woman. There is a restaurant and general store within a short walking distance, as well as a beautifully well-kept park at the river's edge. Just observing the interaction between the residents will tell you how fortunate you are to experience this community if even for a short spell. Shuttle services to and from The Gorge are available, making it easy for concert goers to be free to enjoy themselves and avoid the parking hassles. At this point we are checking the event calendar to find musicians who will provide us an excuse to return as soon as possible.

Charming Home in a Wonderful Neighborhood

The home is a somewhat older, but well-kept and very charming home in a wonderful neighborhood near the capital building. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Harmon's Grocery was amazing! And the shopping was fantastic. Air conditioning worked great, too. We had all the necessary equipment to cook great meals and enjoy them together as a family at the ample and elegant dining room table. We highly recommend!
