“Lovely property and the restaurant was great. We had a great German dinner. But the after-checkout service let it down badly. I accidentally broke a glass, reported it at checkout, and was told face-to-face it was no problem. A $10 damage charge then appeared on my card anyway. I've emailed the hotel to try to resolve it and been completely ignored. It's not the $10; it's being told one thing and charged anyway, then getting silence when you raise it. If they handle a broken glass this way, I...

“Parking was easy, staff super friendly, restaurant was amazing and definitely underrated! Location was also good, close to the two truffle experience places we came here for.. Unfortunately we had terrible neighboring guests loud and kids banging on the walls and doors, blasting music and screaming for over an hour late night, but it wasn’t the accommodation’s fault…”

“Clean room, appreciated the fact it was double brick with solid walls between rooms. We had a family room, and the metal bunk beds were a little noisy (squeaky) when the kids moved/rolled over. Our room was at the top of the stairs, so loud conversations from the entrance foyer carried up to our room (this continued until 1.30am). The room had a small fridge, a filled water jug and a kettle with tea/coffee facilities, as well as a bar heater to heat the room.”
