Clean and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient to travel to surrounding Williamsburg and Great Wolfe Lodge. The hot tub was also a great perk.

Du,the host was always available for questions. His house was good for our group of 5. Beds were very comfortable. There was was a pack and play and high chair for the 1 year old. No cushion or sheets for the pack and play, so bring your own. We were there in the winter, the hot tub was not ready for use, kind of disappointing. We will rent this home again, 10 minutes to our family.

Lovely home and great host.

The property is just as pictured. The neighborhood is charming, scenic and very quiet. The home itself was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Exactly as described

We stayed here for three nights and it was exactly as described. A beautiful, quiet property that was close to Richmond but also only 40 minutes from Busch Gardens. We have small kids and this property was one of our favorites we stayed at. We will come back!

We had a great stay in this cozy Quinton home! The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night's sleep every night. The neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax. Communication with the host was a breeze—they were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. This place is so charming!! We were really bummed that we didn't get more time to spend at the actual property. We hit 2 theme parks during our stay that prevented us from doing much else. We had rain and thunderstorms for our first two nights so we couldn't use the hot tub, but luckily were able to the last night. This was the perfect respite for our family of 5 after busy days at the parks. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Lovely area

The house is in a beautiful and quiet area and the outdoor set up is amazing. They have almost everything u could need. We loved our stay only complaint is very low water pressure in the shower but everything else was great.

We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood and the hot tub and fire ring in the back yard. There were even baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs which was very helpful.

Wedding in Richmond

The place was spacious with lots of room to be with group or alone. Love the outdoor space and lots of coffee pods. It would benefit from some updates, sofa was not supportive, lots of lights not working, not enough dishes or silverware - need to replenish stock, along with a skillet or frying pan. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised. 5 friends spent 10 days. Perfect house. Plenty of space for everyone. Cooked all meals in the well stocked kitchen. House had everything we needed.

Great stay in between Richmond and Williamsburg VA

We stayed a week with a large group (8 total, ages 5-65) and had a blast. Great location about 20 min from Richmond and 35 from Williamsburg. We took the kids and grandparents out every day and came back to relax every night. Beds were comfy, space for everyone, lovely quiet location with large trees in the backyard. Kitchen was a little small, but worked out ok. We would stay here again.

Great family spot

We were two families—two couples with three children between us—and it was perfect. Plenty of space, everything provided. Our kids are older but I noticed the stairs had baby gates top and bottom and there was a nice high chair available too. The hosts were very responsive and very pleasant to deal with.
