LAKEFRONT Paraíso con muelle para 15 personas

A solo una corta distancia en auto de DFW, venga a disfrutar un fin de semana o más en Lake Quitman, una joya escondida en el este de Texas.
Nuestra casa del lago es el lugar de reunión perfecto para su escapada romántica de fin de semana, retiro de chicas, fin de semana de pesca de chicos o su próxima reunión familiar. Ubicado en el lado norte del lago Quitman, tiene todo lo que necesitas para dormir hasta 15 personas.
Disfruta nadando o flotando en el agua fuera del muelle cubierto durante el día, y mira a las luciérnagas bailar en el patio trasero por la noche desde la gran cubierta cubierta. Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada a solo una cuadra de la rampa para botes donde puede cargar su propio bote o motos de agua.
La casa tiene una sala de estar con TV habilitada con ROKU y cocina completamente equipada. 3 de las habitaciones de la planta baja tienen camas queen, mientras que 2 habitaciones de la planta baja tienen camas individuales con camas nido. La litera de arriba es el lugar perfecto para niños o adolescentes. Tiene 4 literas gemelas incorporadas y una cama individual independiente para dormir un total de 5 arriba. Todas las sábanas y toallas son provistas. Además de muebles cómodos y una mesa de comedor con 10 mesas, nuestra casa ofrece múltiples áreas para comer al aire libre, hoguera con sillas, porche cubierto, un patio trasero sombreado con árboles altos y mucho espacio para patear o lanzar una pelota. Hay Wi-Fi y una lavadora / secadora para su uso durante su estancia.

PERFECT for our Retreat Weekend!

Best Labor Day Ever !

We’ve rented a lot of properties for family trips, but this house and it’s location were just perfect. Plenty of room for a group of 14. The lake is beautiful, perfect dock, fishing pier, and swimming area. The check in / check out process was flawless. This is absolutely one of the best trips we’ve ever taken, and we will definitely be back soon.

Relaxing getaway

The location of this property is very relaxing. We were able to swim and paddle board without a lot of disruption from boaters. The house had everything we needed for a large group. The homeowners were responsive as well. Great place to relax and take in nature.

Great place for the family

We all enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. We came out for a wedding and the location was perfect. It was so nice being right on the lake, we all fished one day. And then a few of us even sat on the deck a couple mornings to watch the sun come up, it was beautiful!

Perfect Lake house

We stayed for a wedding in area . 4 couples. Loved coffee on the porch and how peaceful it was. Owner was very responsive and informative. Would definitely book again.

Celebrate finishing Chemo and Birthday

Such a great place! Everyone had comfortable beds and beautiful weather. We had places to play games either inside or outside. We had ages 2 through 74 years. I must say the back deck overlooking the lake was my favorite place to spend time. Loved our stay! Don and Judy

Perfect Girl’s weekend house

6 women-all over 70-spent the weekend celebrating friendship. Excellent layout for each to have their own room. Comfortable living area with plenty of room for 6 women in the kitchen. Beautiful location and so relaxing. Planning to return next year.

Good spot for a large gathering.

Very good lakefront property for our family gathering. We had 8 adults, a teenager and 3 kids (5-9). There was plenty of room to all sit down to eat and play games together. It was comfortable and the 2 bathrooms where not a problem for our group size. Would have loved warmer weather to enjoy the large back deck.

Rating: 7.5/10 The house has a great location with a beautiful lakefront view, plenty of sitting space, and a well-stocked interior. We especially loved the dedicated BBQ spot, which is perfect for outdoor gatherings. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to relax and enjoy nature. However, a couple of things could be improved:•The outdoor area needs better cleaning, as there were spider webs hanging around.•During our BBQ, the sprinklers suddenly turned on, and there were no clear instructions on how to turn them off — even after contacting the host multiple times. Unfortunately, it ruined the BBQ and got everyone wet.With a bit more attention to maintenance and better communication from the host, this place could easily be a 9/10.

Perfect Labor Day Setting

Great property with lakefront views. Wonderful yard right up to a shallow entry into the lake by the dock. Our kids swam, kayaked, and fished right in front of the property. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were plenty comfortable. Kiddos loved the upstairs bunk room. Grandparents loved the back porch watching the kiddos play. Overall a fantastic family getaway on the lake! We hope to return!!

Family Thanksgiving Trip 2024

We booked this home for 3 nights for Thanksgiving and had an absolutely amazing time. It was quiet and we loved lounging on the large deck and watching the kids run around in the large backyard. My parents had been wanting all their kids and grandkids to get together and there was plenty of space with 5 bedrooms and a kids loft. The large table and small round table also were amazing for sitting everyone together to eat at the same time. Not to mention all the toys in the home and the kids loved exploring the loft and finding all of them. The orange scooter and blue donkey were by far the kids favorites. We would definitely book again 5+ stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
