The internet speed was extremely slow and never got it resolved after multiple complaints. Of course, can't stream TV with very slow internet. Had to go across the street to send emails and/or get some work done. Owner basically left it to me to communicate with service provider. I will not stay there again, much better options elsewhere !”

“Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.”
