Casa parásito es un objeto arquitectónico mínimo diseñado al detalle por El Sindicato Arquitectura. Es un espacio único en el mundo que busca demostrar que es posible vivir muy bien con poco, ha sido ampliamente publicado en medios internacionales especializados en arquitectura y ha sido ganador de varios premios internacionales convirtiendose en un referente de la arquitectura contemporanea local.

Tiene una cama altillo, un baño completo con una ducha amplia tipo invernadero, una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada y un área de estar/comedor/trabajo.

En el exterior disfrutarán de la increible vista desde un deck privado de madera natural rodeado de vegetación aromática y ornamental.

Nuestros huespedes cuentan con acceso directo de uso privado y único desde la calle Montevideo por medio de escaleras que conducen hasta la terraza y el deck frontal de la casa. La terraza es privada y de uso exclusivo para los huespedes.

This was simply a lovely micro apartment With a fantastic view of the city. Close to the old section of Quito within walking distance to the language schools and many shops and restaurants. I was there for 5 weeks and everything worked perfectly.
