Supuestamente este es un hotel 5 Estrellas y la verdad está bien lejos de serlo, el trato del customer service horrible y pagamos por una habitación con cama queen o king y nos dieron dos twins, horrible la verdad!

Este hotel nos dio mucha paz y tranquilidad. Todo estaba muy limpio en la habitación, la vista era buena, el cuarto espacioso y la cama y el baño en perfecto estado. El ambiente muy bien también. Sin duda regresaría.
