Hermosa frente al mar 2 dormitorios, 2 baños 3 ª planta condominio

Ubicado en el tercer piso de un complejo pequeño (sólo 42 unidades), tendrá vistas ilimitadas de las hermosas puestas de sol, tortugas alimentando y jugando en los arrecifes, justo en frente del complejo, y las ballenas en juego, durante su temporada, En su lanai privado. Tenemos acceso directo al mar para bucear y nadar junto con una piscina de inmersión y muchas sillas de salón. Nuestra playa está a sólo 50 metros de distancia.
Estamos ubicados en el oeste de Maui, a pocos minutos de las principales zonas turísticas de Ka'anapali y Kapalua. A poca distancia se encuentra "Bad Ass Coffee", tiendas de comestibles, un mercado de agricultores, buceo y tiendas de alquiler de surf y parques locales. Golf, deportes acuáticos, más tiendas, restaurantes y playas más grandes están a poca distancia (Lahaina, Kapalua, Kahana y Napili están a 4 millas).
Nuestro condominio fue completamente remodelado en 2018. Hay dos dormitorios cerrados con dos baños completos. El piso principal tiene una cama queen con baño en suite. El dormitorio inferior tiene dos camas individuales. Ambos tienen grandes armarios. Nuestro sofá es un convertible del tamaño de la reina.

La cocina totalmente equipada le proporcionará todo lo que necesita para crear una comida gourmet o un bocado rápido para comer, incluyendo un refrigerador con máquina de hielo, cocinar estufa superior, lavavajillas, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, tetera, licuadora, arroz Cocina y cada utensilio que se pueda imaginar. También tenemos tablas de boogie, sillas de arena, refrigeradores, sombrilla de sombra e incluso un conjunto de palos de golf para su uso. Hay dos televisores de alta definición con cable, junto con reproductores de DVD y CD y una estación de acoplamiento de Ipod. También hay conexión Wi-Fi gratuita a disposición de nuestros huéspedes y servicio de teléfono local gratuito.

Ventiladores de techo se encuentran en cada dormitorio, sala de estar y cocina para ayudar a los alisios mantenerlo fresco.
Hay dos barbacoas de gas disponibles para su uso. Nuestro gerente de sitio crece hierbas frescas para su uso en la misma área. Aparcamiento gratuito fuera de la calle se proporciona, así como todas las sábanas y toallas, incluyendo toallas de playa. También hay una hermosa lavandería situado cerca de la oficina (que tiene una gran librería gratis en caso de que olvidó su libro).

The whole family enjoyed our stay here. The location was beautiful with great snorkeling onsite and near by. Several of the local food options were excellent. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 in the 2 bed/2 bath unit. Watching the turtles from the lanai was so much fun!

Relaxing stay

Loved falling asleep with the waves and the breeze off of the ocean. Easy walk to the food trucks. Plenty of parking. Saw whales from the balcony.

Aside from it being oceanfront and full of turtles; it was also conveniently placed for food and shopping. Our only complaint was one broken fan (that they did offer to fix but we were fine at night without it) & the lack of air conditioning because it would get a bit hot during the day. Luckily, the nights were great. We would definitely come back!

We appreciated the snorkel gear we were able to use also. Some of the things that could be improved would be lamps with phone chargers, updated bedding and more wash cloths in the kitchen.

Sunset was gorgeous......only negative was no air conditioning, it was a little warm and the windows in the living room were broken so not as much air flow I guess. It’s always so perfect having coffee on the lanai (cocktails) in the evening and watching the turtles. We named 1 “Steve” a few tears ago, he only has 1 flipper but didn’t see him this trip. We’ll be back looking for him next year

A Very Maui Christmas!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Ohana enjoyed another magical Christmas on Maui, and for the 3rd Christmas in a row, we stayed in room 311. Your condo has become a home away from home for us over the years and we are so grateful for the beautiful space to make memories and enjoy time with our 3 teenage daughters. We have already booked stays for the next two years...and hope for many more visits as well. The condo was clean and stocked well. The cleaning teams are just amazing and so kind! We even found items that we have left in the closets, so that was fun!If we could offer any suggestions, we would love to see the couch upgraded. We don't spend a ton of time in the condo, but at night it would be nice (especially around the holidays) to be able to all (fam of 5 adults) have a place to sit and relax. An L shaped couch with a pullout would be amazing and then you could just get rid of the chair by the door. The couch in general is getting a little worn and "grimy" looking and feeling. The carpet and rugs also are getting very worn and could probably use to be replaced at some point. Beds are comfy and we always sleep so well in Maui. Thank you for your kind hospitality and for sharing this beautiful space with our family. We will treasure our time here forever. Can you beat that view?! It's such amazing.

Debbie was so pleasant, helpful and easy to talk to that I felt like I have known her my whole life! Our room was immaculate and view was just spectacular! We saw a couple monk seals the first day from the lanai, the days following we saw a resident green sea turtle and hump back whales! We couldn't ask for anything better! Residents conch blowing out by the pool every Friday too! You can count on us to visit again in the future.

A month in Paradise!

We enjoyed the short walk to the Farmers market and also liked the longer walk to the beach. We loved the view from our balcony and seeing so many whales every day and rainbows. We ate most all of our meals on this balcony enjoying the sounds and sights of the ocean. The weather was perfect every day. Good restaurants we went to were Dukes and the Gazebo. The kitchen was nicely remolded and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had a question.

Not "ton" because they weigh so much, but ton because we saw a lot! + Great location for watching sunsets as well. - Not much of a beach to access. + However in low tide, there is a sandy area you can access, and snorkeling from here is easy + There is a park within a 5 minute walk with a beach + That park is across from a couple shops: Farmer's Market, Bad *** coffee (that's their real name and they back it up w/ their coffee) - No A/C; hot, humid days and nights especially would be a challenge for someone like me + But with the screens open, this unit has great airflow on the main floor and the upper loft. Also every room features at least one ceiling fan - No laundry in the room + Laundry facility is on site and takes credit/debit card as well as quarters + Short drive to a larger grocery store + Nice floor plan, great kitchen area, most of your common spices are available; cups, pans, plates, etc are in great shape, it's well cared for. + Propane grills are available. + Super easy check-in & check-out + Lots of board and card games in the unit Really the two main reasons I don't give it 5* across the board are just because no A/C and no real beach. But there is a nice private pool area, and you can access the ocean right there. I would stay here again in similar weather.

Oceanfront condo in west Maui

Kitchen was completely equipped and everything was clean and nice. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view and breezes and the pounding of the surf. We could see turtles swimming close to shore. We were so close to the water we could have thrown a stone into it from our balcony. Beautiful sunsets. So peaceful and relaxing.

Paradise Found!!!

What an awesome location! We stayed in room 311 and had an amazing view and top notch accommodations!! Loved falling asleep and waking up to the ocean breeze and the waves crashing into the shore! To be able to view sea turtles and whales from our lanai was an added bonus! And your management team of Debbie and Tony were absolutely the best ever!! So friendly and accomodating to any need we had!! I can’t wait to “shut it down” whenever I have another chance to escape back to your Kulakane paradise!!! Thanks Tony and Debbie for an amazing experience!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay in Unit 311. We found the property to be exactly as described. It was very enjoyable sitting out on the lanai watching the ocean, turtles, and whales. We are not accustomed to heat and humidity and were concerned about no air conditioning. It was not a problem!! The breezes off the ocean with the help of overhead fans kept the unit very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are very small, but are clean and modern. The kitchen had all the items we needed to eat in comfortably. The turtles are amazing to watch from our lanai and the access to the water for swimming is very easy. Our only complaint is that the conch in this unit does not make any noise - the hole has not been cut properly - so we weren't able to blow our conch with everyone else at sunset. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
