ROMANTIC. Over the sea duplex, beach & pool.

  • Este dúplex circular orientado al Mediterráneo tiene unas magníficas vistas panorámicas de 180 grados sobre el mar, la playa y el puerto. En la planta baja se encuentra el dormitorio principal (A/A) con cama de matrimonio y baño y un segundo dormitorio con 2 camas individuales juntas. En la planta superior hay una amplia y confortable sala de estar con 2 sofás-cama, un agradable balcón para disfrutar de las comidas al aire libre, cocina equipada y baño. Este apartamento tan especial con estilo mediterráneo se encuentra situados sobre un acantilado en la localidad de Sitges, a 30 minutos de Barcelona. Un lugar privilegiado para contemplar el mar, relajarse y oír el ruido de las olas. Dispone de una piscina comunitaria (el gobierno regional tiene autoridad para restringir el uso de la piscina en caso de sequía) y un parking al aire libre de uso exclusivo de propietarios y clientes.

Het appartement en de ligging is werkelijk fantastisch. De masterbedroom is echt heel ruim en met alle ramen open slapen en de zee horen is een unieke ervaring. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en is heel prettig om te verblijven. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om een keer thuis te koken. Het zwembad is lekker ruim en heel rustig. Het strand is op loopafstand, net zoals de haven met veel restaurantjes. Sitges zelf is wel wat verder lopen of beter met de auto te bereiken. Wij hebben genoten van deze plek!

Prachtige ligging pal aan zee in een sfeervol appartementencomplex. Op loopafstand van het strand en de jachthaven. Treinstation op 30 minuten lopen en het oude centrum 25 minuten wandelen over de boulevard

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is unique with fabulous views out to sea and over the marina at Sitges.Our host, Ramon, was a delight, friendly, helpful and great company.

Our stay in Sitges was amazing! The views from both upstairs and downstairs are unreal! Ramon was so helpful and welcoming as well. The location is perfect, with beach access only a few minute walk away, groceries and town only about 10-15 minutes. We were staying with younger kids and the walk was very manageable. We look forward to visiting Sitges and area again soon!

Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 12 nights with my family. Great location in Sitges. Wonderful view of the Mediterranean. Ramón is a Responsive and generous owner/manager. The photos shared of the property are spot on. Several great beaches nearby. Short walk to restaurants at the Marina. 30 min walk into Sitges. Cheap taxi ride to the train station.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment looks just like you see in the photos. The view is spectacular the location is quite convenient. It's within a 15 minute walking distance of numerous restaurants there's also a very nice grocery store about a 20 minute walk away and it's about a 45 minute drive to Barcelona. A very nice Beach with a very good Beachside restaurant is less than 10 minutes away . Also for visitors who want to cook and house the kitchen is fully stocked which made it quite easy to prepare meals on site.Also the host Ramon was very attentive and helped greatly with the check-in and check out process. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking of visiting the area.

Our weeklong stay at tot gaviota exceeded all expectations. The property is gorgeous and well maintained with all the amenities we needed. The views and comfort level of the apartment were superior. We spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and we slept in the very comfortable beds with the doors wide open every night. The nearby beaches were beautiful and easy to walk to, and we were grateful that our fabulous host Ramon had provided beach chairs and umbrella. This is undoubtedly the very best VRBO stay I’ve been to, perfect 10! PS along with being very helpful with tips and advice, Ramon the host muscled a very heavy suitcase for us upon arrival and departure. Top notch human. Don’t hesitate on this one!

Staying at this accommodation was Amazing !The Romantic Duplex is stunning and the views simply gorgeous, incredibly comfortable place of a very high standard.Ramon was a delightful host, very helpful and friendly and always available if we needed any guidance or information about the area. You can stay here and visit Barcelona in an hour or so.We were able to swim in the sea in April. Water was clear and refreshing. We will be back ! Thank you Ramon.

Great stay in sitgies

The apartment location was great for the beach and town. The harbour is very pretty and restaurants welcoming. There is a small shop and supermarket near by and a bus into the town which stops at the train station so it's really easy to get to Barcelona . Had a lovely stay

Beauty over the sea

A beautiful property! We’ll appointed with all you need to make your stay memorable. We loved the location, an easy walk into town and the beaches. Ramon and his brother Fernando we’re incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

If I could add extra stars I would. The view from the accommodation is breathtaking, the host has been wonderfully communicative, helpful, considerate, responsive and kind. I very rarely visit the same place twice, but am sorely tempted by this accommodation because it’s just so wonderful.

Ramon is a wonderful, very helpful and the place has everything you need. Including washer and dryer, and English Netflix! The pictures reflect what it truly looks like. It is right next to the railroad tracks but you get used to it and dont notice. You can also hear the waves so be prepared to just gaze at the sea and relax. Best VRBO where i have stayed.

A gem in Sitges!

We had a wonderful time in Sitges. The apartment was great and the views breathtaking! You can even forget the sound of the train nearby. The host was very welcoming and gave us lots of good tips for local restaurants. We will be back for sure!

Amazing Property on the Ocean!

This was a fabulous property and a must for anyone who wants to hear the sounds of waves at night and have a spectacular view in the bedroom and living room. Ramon was an excellent host thinking of all the details! We would definitely stay there again!!!
