Four-room apartment Mary - Salento Reservation in Torre Suda,
a spacious holiday home on the ground floor, where the sea can be reached in a few steps and every sunset gives shades of orange and blue. Just 100 meters from the coast , this house contains all the charm of the most authentic Salento, including sea breezes, relaxed rhythms and the scent of salt.
The heart of the house is the large and bright living room, a welcoming space designed to share moments of conviviality. The large dining table invites you to have lunches and dinners with friends, while the one and a half sofa bed is a practical solution for an additional guest.
The kitchen, complete and well equipped, is ideal for those who want to prepare their own dishes even on vacation. Functional and organized, it is equipped with a ceiling fan, perfect for making summer days even more pleasant.
The sleeping area has three double bedrooms , furnished to ensure comfort and tranquility. The rooms are not equipped with independent air conditioners : the cooling of the entire sleeping area is entrusted to an air conditioner installed in the hallway adjacent to the rooms, designed to promote a pleasant distribution of fresh air in the rooms . One of the rooms also has a private bathroom with a shower box, while a second bathroom, large and well finished, is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, offering convenience to all guests.
The outdoor spaces are designed to fully enjoy the summer. Two comfortable verandas, one front and one back, allow you to spend pleasant moments outdoors. The back porch is shared with the adjoining unit, but the rooms are separated by a practical separé that guarantees greater privacy. Here you can enjoy an outdoor breakfast, organize a barbecue with the barbecue or relax on cool summer evenings next to the suggestive outdoor fireplace.
To make your stay even more comfortable, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, barbecue and free indoor parking, offering everything you need for a relaxing holiday just a few steps from the sea.

N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
