“We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. “Found this when when looking for places to stay for my daughter’s orientation at ISU.Location is convenient, literally 1.5 miles from campus. Check in was seamless, the place, while cute and cozy, was equally comfortable and someplace that you wanted to hang out at after a long day.
