    Sits on a gently sloping lakefront lot with large dock and steps into the water.

    Sleeps 12 comfortably (plus 3 single futons, a spare twin, and a pack 'n play)

    - XL Master Bedroom (King) w/ full bath; 2 single futons AND large walk-in closet with a twin and pack 'n play
    - Bedroom 2 (Queen)

Great stay for extended family

We had a great time celebrating my niece receiving her doctorate from VT. Great accommodations and loved the views of the lake. We had no issues during our stay. Would stay again!

Family time at the lake

Beautiful home and location on the lake. House is much more spacious than it seems in the pics! We had a very comfortable stay with five adults and five older teens. Lots of areas for everyone to relax together.

4th of July weekend

This house was awesome and everything we needed for the 4th of July weekend. More than enough room for me and all my friends. Had 14 people stay in the house and everyone had a place to sleep. Perfect for family vacations, wedding parties, or other big party gatherings. The hosts also offered an early check in and late check out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great Stay at the Lake!

We had a great long family weekend at the lake. The house was perfect with lots of seating area for adults and kids. The kayaks were all kinds of fun and sitting on the decks just watching the boats go by was so relaxing. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Family weekend

We had a great stay this weekend! The host was more than accommodating with our questions leading up to the stay and during our time at the house. We had fabulous weather and enjoyed the lake so much! It was fantastic being able to have a boat delivered, and there was a nice park down the road where we could put our jet ski in the water. The kids loved jumping off the dock! We hope to be back next summer!

Great for group

Second time staying here, last year we definitely used it more to its fullest. Sandly only limited time this year. Great set up for large group with plenty of sleep capacity. Dock is great, kids enjoy jumping off the upper. Beautiful view. Last year groups went kayaking and enjoyed the fire pit.

Host was receptive, quick to respond, and kind. The house was very cold when we arrived with the thermostat set to 50 F and the house did not heat up until the next day. We had a family member with a medical diagnosis that makes them susceptible to the cold so it was difficult for them to sleep the first night. During the winter I just suggest turning up the thermostat the morning of guests arriving. I’m sure during the summer it is not an issue. The only other notes I have is the water and ice dispenser does not work in the fridge and the door of the upstairs bedroom we stayed in would not latch. Other than that our stay was fine and the house was clean! The view of the lake was beautiful!

Pre - Post Wedding Relaxation Zone

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The lake house was amazing for everyone to come and relax and enjoy time on the water. It was the perfect Post wedding relaxation oasis! The house was clean and spacious. Our host, Sherry was very communicative leading up to our stay. She was prompt to respond to my questions and provided information to prepare for our stay. She was very flexible with our travel timeline and hiccups. The location was an interesting 15 min drive on the small winding mountain road, but once at the lake house it was worth it! Just make sure to grab your supplies before making that trek. We enjoyed the using the kayaks and jumping from the top deck of the boat dock. We rented a boat for the weekend for fishing and sunset cruising. Every night was topped off with a gathering around the fire pit, laughing and sharing stories of the wedding day fun or reminiscing of times past. Thank you for the incredible memories created!

Great waterfront house. Great hosts.

We loved our stay. 4 families, 3 nights. The house was clean and freshly remodeled it appeared. The dock, and ability to jump off the top, was a highlight of the outdoor experience, with the fire pit a close second. Kayaks were great too. If you have 4 couples like we did, be aware one room has no door... It's in more of a hallway space. It was a bit of a bummer for one couple, but would have been great for kids. And the master bedroom is SO nice, everyone will want that room. Be prepared for little to no wifi or marginal cell signal. We got a Roku device to stream well enough to watch the Virginia Tech game. It was low quality resolution, but it didn't matter. We lost. ;o( Thumbs up to this house and the hosts!
