“The hotel locates in the new region of Hangzhou city, 5 mins walk to the a huge shopping mall. The room was surprisingly spacious. My favorite part is it has a huge round bathtub! Services are also good, you will be greeted every time when passing the front door. The only thing- it is not very easy to find public transportation, but you can definitely call Uber or Didi. ”
“The hotel is in excellent condition. All the team from the desk clerk up to the fine lady that cleaned my room neatly everyday and took care of my stay have been extremely polite and kind making me feel as much welcome as possible. Congratulations to all and I express my heartfelt gratitude.”

“the stay was great. good location and very scenic view from the lobby. the hotel room is small but very nice and super affordable. the breakfast buffet was limited but still good enough; the price is a 1/4 of what i'm used to paying so i thought that was a deal. ”

“The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel.
The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk.
We hope to come back again and thank you so much. ”

“Very nice stay.
Booked a delux room and upgraded to a suite.
Room was decorated with the topic of tea and nice view to the river.
Breakfast was quite luxury with many choices of Chinese food such as noodle, dumpling, many dishes and so on. And also western traditional breakfast ”
