Ubicado en la parte superior del acantilado, la propiedad frente al mar de Neptune's Cove es como nada que haya visto antes. Con 400 pies de frente privado del Caribe, la propiedad se encuentra a 40 pies sobre las aguas cristalinas, brindando impresionantes vistas al mar y mirando hacia el oeste para disfrutar de las majestuosas puestas de sol, que se disfrutan desde cada parte de la propiedad.

Una terraza cubierta y envolvente ofrece una vida al aire libre a la sombra, que incluye un pintoresco cenador, un escenario perfecto para relajarse con un buen libro o para tomar un cóctel al atardecer. Esta área está amueblada con sofás, sillas y mesas para que pueda disfrutar de las vistas azules del Caribe y la suave brisa del mar, sin importar cómo elija relajarse.

A pasos de las casas principales y de huéspedes se encuentra una piscina Infinity, siempre una buena alternativa a nadar en el mar o el océano. Relájese en las tumbonas de la terraza de la piscina o en los taburetes de la piscina.

Para aquellos que eligen nadar en las tranquilas aguas del Caribe en la base del acantilado, camine por un camino corto de fuente a un nicho natural en la formación geológica de piedra caliza de la isla. Es aquí donde encontrará acceso a las aguas cristalinas del Caribe, tanto dentro como fuera del mar a través de una pequeña escalera. Te sorprenderá la variedad de peces que verás simplemente haciendo snorkel alrededor del coral, que es abundante y saludable en esta parte del Caribe.

Después de que se ponga el sol, reúnanse alrededor de la hoguera, amueblados con sillas Adirondack, y simplemente aprecien la vista y la topografía de la tierra y el mar como las maravillas naturales únicas que son. En una noche despejada, ¡este también es un excelente lugar para observar el firmamento y las estrellas fugaces!

La casa principal

La casa principal de Neptune’s Cove fue diseñada para el entretenimiento. Es un gran diseño de concepto abierto con una cocina de lujo completa con una isla de gran tamaño con 4 taburetes, electrodomésticos GE Profile y elegantes encimeras de cuarzo. Esta es una verdadera cocina de chef con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios imaginables, vastos utensilios de cocina y vajilla de alta gama.

La sala de estar abierta de la casa principal tiene capacidad para 12 personas con techos altos y magníficas vistas al océano. El comedor tiene capacidad para 12 personas (más 4 más en la isla de cocina adyacente) y también tiene hermosas vistas al océano. Hay un tocador fuera de esta sala de estar también.

La casa principal tiene dos suites de un dormitorio principal con camas king size, baño privado con duchas y mucho espacio para guardar ropa. Cada habitación tiene un televisor de 32 pulgadas. Hay un televisor de 50 pulgadas en la gran sala.

La casa de huéspedes

La casa de huéspedes consta de dos suites de eficiencia separadas, cada una con cama king-size, un sofá cama queen-size, mini nevera, microondas y tostadora, cafetera y TV de 32 pulgadas. Cada suite tiene un baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo y mucho espacio en el armario.
Cada una de las suites tiene capacidad para dos personas muy cómodamente y puede dormir otras dos en el sofá cama doble.

Neptune’s Cove se encuentra en la comunidad conocida como Rainbow Bay. Nuestros huéspedes pueden utilizar la conveniente cancha de tenis frente al mar a solo unos minutos a pie.
La excelente comida y bebida y la vida nocturna de Sunset Cove (anteriormente conocido como Rainbow Inn) también se encuentran a solo 5 minutos a pie.

O dé un paseo cuidadoso a través de la autopista de Queen y dentro de menos de una milla, verá y tendrá acceso a las aguas azules más oscuras del Océano Atlántico.

Hay una pequeña tienda de comestibles convenientemente ubicada a 2 millas de distancia en Big Rock. Tiendas más generales se pueden encontrar un par de millas al sur en James Cistern. También todos los viernes y sábados al mediodía hay una barbacoa debajo del árbol de tamarindo para la mejor comida local. Otros restaurantes exclusivos cercanos incluyen Front Porch y Leo Rose, ambos a menos de 10 minutos.

More beautiful than the listing

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the property is, it's breathtaking. I think the gazebo room is also larger than shown. There is plenty of space to stretch out. The snorkeling behind the house is great, go down to the large rocks towards the North, bring your gear! We saw sea turtles daily. Rainbow bay beach is nearby and sandy with easier access than behind the house with the ladder. Get your groceries near the Eleuthera airport, it's 40 minutes away but well worth the drive as the local places are poorly stocked and very pricey. We had no trouble with water or power since the home has a generator. The home is generally well outfitted, but it's time for an inventory as there were very few glasses and almost none that were plastic for by the pool. A regular cookie sheet and some plastic cups would have made life slightly easier but we weren't complaining with that view. There were infinite plates, coffee cups, and towels. We found even plenty of the basics and did not have to buy toilet paper, paper towels, or even shampoo as it seems they helpfully leave large bottles prior guests bought. If you're picky about perfectly clean, it was clean, but not to a hotel or US VRBO standard I would say. We loved it and would definitely stay again if we made it back to Eleuthera!

Paradise Found

Perfectly appointed for a weeklong vacation with family. Enough room for privacy, yet wonderful space to be together. Relaxing by the pool, swimming in the ocean, spending a day at the beach- this house has it all.

Perfect for our needs. 3 families with 6 adults 4 18-25 year olds and 2 children 2 & 4. Everyone had plenty of space and plenty of beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was quick to address any issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Home!

I can't say enough about how wonderful of a time my family had staying at this property. It really has it all. It's beautiful, spacious, everyone had their own space. We loved the pool and swimming in the Caribbean. We snorkeled and caught fish right off the patio by the fire pit, which we enjoyed at night. We can't wait to return!

Great location, had all the amenities

The house was great and it lacked nothing. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms made for an easy stay. Waking up to the spectacular views along with having dinner watching an amazing sunset made for a very memorable vacation. The caretakers were extremely helpful along with the booking agents. Smooth transaction. The only complaint would be that the gazebo bedroom needs to be revamped. There was a fairly strong smell of mold which should be remedied. If you don’t plan on using the gazebo bedroom then you have nothing to worry about.

Beautiful property with incredible view. The bedroom under the gazebo had a very bad odor and we were not able to use this room for our family of 12. The property has some maintenance issues. There was always a perfect breeze and we enjoyed seeing the sea turtles daily.

Perfect vacation home

Couldn’t ask for a better property for our family vacation to Eleuthera. Snorkel and swim right off the back landing. Everyday ended with an adult beverage on the veranda overlooking the ocean. Close to Governor’s Harbour for shops and restaurants but don’t sleep on Delish just south of house. Some of the best food on the island. For beaches, we went to Ten Bay, Twin Cove, Cocodimama, French Leave and Rainbow beach. They are all great but the best beach is Rainbow and that happens to be the closest. Rainbow is about a mile away and you can see the beach from the house. When you think of a Caribbean beach, this is it. Crystal clear blue water with perfect sand. Snorkeling is best along the rocks on the north side going toward home. We will be back!!

Beautiful and spacious

Neptune Cove offered so much room for 2 families to spread out and be comfortable both inside and outside. The house was clean, neat, and tasteful. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and spices. The property, especially the cove in the cliffs with access to the ocean, is stunning. We enjoyed walking around the property every morning, as well as fishing and swimming from the cove. The kids also really enjoyed the pool. The house is very close to Rainbow Bay Beach, the Rainbow Room Restaurant, and Big Rock Grocery Store. Sarah checked in with me a few days before coming to ensure we had all of the information we needed to check in. She also communicated with us via text when we arrived. The caretakers, Brenda and Billy, met us there and were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for big families and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Laid back get-a-way

Our first time to the Bahamas at all and Eleuthera was more of what we were looking for. Quiet relaxation. The beaches are great and the locals are very friendly. Our stay in this beautiful home was very relaxing. We felt this was the perfect spot for out group of 9. Plenty of space and all the features you could ask for. Pool was great. The cliff side "patio" area was great to enjoy a fire and at night watch the shrimp as they glowed in the water. Turtles just off shore in the water were common. Cliff diving was fun. The house had plenty of room for us all to hang out together at night. All in all a great experience. The one thing about Eleuthera is it is rural. No big hotels, restaurants or Walmart. Small grocery stores and gift shops. The island is 110 miles long so a trip nort or south takes time. There are many good local restaurants up and down the island. Rainbow beach was great. French leap was great as was the pink sand beach up on harbor island. The atlantic side is typically rougher than the "Caribean" side. We would definitely go back!!!

Great location and plenty of space

Our group of 10 had a great week at Neptune Cove. The location was great and the layout allowed everyone they own space. It was windy our week so we didn’t get to do any snorkeling by the house. The owner was very responsive to our needs. The beds are the best …. I slept great every night. About the only downside was the internet reliability. It was hit or miss. I would recommend this house.

Had an amazing time. We come from farm/ranch stock so the quiet was "what the doctor ordered". We left refreshed but eaten alive by no serums. Please strongly urge bug spray to others

Amazing

What an experience! Magnificent estate setting with an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean and a grotto that is set back into the rock face. Below the grotto may be some of the best snorkeling on the island. Kitchen is gourmet equipped, lacking nothing when preparing meals. Bedrooms are first class and offer a scenic view from each one. The caretakers are extraordinary. Brenda and Lisa met us upon arrival and gave us the grand tour of the estate. They along with Capt. Jay, Jeremy and Ivan take care of any little issue immediately, and I mean little issue, like a burned out light bulb or a door lock that was stuck. Suggestions for restaurants, groceries, snorkeling spots, and not to be missed views were shared with all of us. I can’t thank them or the owner enough for our amazing trip. Hope to return soon.
