“Highly recommended! The house is large, open, clean & very well laid-out. Solid Wifi and AC units in every room. The pool alone makes it worth it. You are a 2 minute drive to Rainbow Bay Beach (which is arguably the best beach on the island). There's a grocery not too far away (I forget the name, but it is just south). The Cliffs are also nearby and Rainbow Bay is "centrally" located for road-trips north and south. Communication was good and the Security Deposit was returned in-full...

“The property is located on a beautiful beach just steps away. There are grocery stores near by. The sites on the North end of the island are also close by. Spent a day on a boat with Cpt Riley from Spanish Wells Charter and had an amazing time! Southern attractions are a little farther away but not bad. Plenty of local places to eat and the food is great!! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is the place you are looking for!sites are a little farther away but not to far.”

“We were at Sands of Time Feb 15- Mar 31The house & amenities were as listed except there is an RO water spigot which was a huge benefit for sustaining potable water & ice. We used the tap water for dishes, showers & teeth brushing without issue. We used the RO water for drinking, coffee, cooking & ice. There are 2 ice trays. There was plenty of hot water & excellent pressure. Note: The kitchen knives are REALLY dull.The house was very comfortable with modern & dedicated AC units in the main...

“We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The house was spacious and clean. The amenities were all in good condition, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small suggestion we have is to add a table on the terrace, so guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner while admiring the sea view. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely recommend this place!”
