  • SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE es una cabaña mágica junto al mar, perfectamente situada que ofrece privacidad, tranquilidad y una magnífica vista panorámica del Caribe. Tienes la capacidad de ver el amanecer y el atardecer desde su gran cubierta. La cabaña está bellamente decorada y la gran terraza cuenta con un sofá, sillas, tumbonas y una encimera con taburetes perfectos para cenar al aire libre.

    SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE se encuentra a 7, 5 millas al norte del aeropuerto Governors Harbour. La Master Suite ofrece una (cama king), sala de estar con futón queen y baño privado, el segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos gemelos extra largos.

    SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE ofrece hermosas vistas y, por la noche, tienes la oportunidad de ver un cielo lleno de estrellas y, si tienes suerte, ¡incluso puedes ver algunos disparos!

    Hay un kayak oceánico ubicado en la cercana Rainbow Beach o en el patio de SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE, a su disposición. También tiene chalecos salvavidas para el kayak, tablas de surf y una hamaca (en la lavandería debajo de la cubierta) que se puede enganchar en el árbol junto al agua.

    La casa está ubicada en Rainbow Bay, uno de los únicos asentamientos en la isla de Eleuthera que cuenta con una asociación de propietarios, que ofrece sombrillas de paja y mesas de picnic cerca de Rainbow Beach, así como una hermosa cancha de tenis junto al mar en el Caribe. Rainbow Inn es uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para tomar una bebida servida por Tawana, escuchar música en vivo y comer algo de su delicioso menú.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped home in a great location to explore the island, Jennifer communicates very well and answers all questions promptly. Would highly recommend!

the house had alot of big roaches and an infestation of big roaches - every night except dor the first night we saw massive roaches crawling in the kitchen on the countertops and on the sink - i have pictures of these massive roaches - my son in law said he killed like 9-10 and saw at least 15 during our stay - it was a problem!! this roach issue was not a single roach but an infestation and lady tried to blame it on fruit loops the kids had the day we left..no, because the kids and I went out for food during our stay for the most of out stay - house was clean but a roach infestation exsisted and host is saying she has never seen a roach in this place - a definite lie if she never is there in the evening - daughter also saw a big roach in the master bedroom avoid this place at all costs!! HORRIBLE

Jennifer is one of the most communicative hosts. She answered many questions we had. The villa is beautiful. We could not enjoy swimming off the property because the waves were too strong, but Rainbow Bay Beach is close by! Had a great time despite our travel delays arriving.

Our second time at Sunshine House

Staying at this beach house was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the peaceful sound of the waves and the fresh ocean breeze created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The house itself is nicely decorated.One of the highlights was the stunning ocean view. Large windows and a spacious deck allowed us to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets right from the house. Whether we were sipping morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with the sound of the ocean in the background, the setting felt truly magical.Inside, the house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking, while the living area was cozy.The location was another major advantage. Rainbow Beach was very close, making it easy to go for a swim and snorkeling. I saw lots of fish on each side of the beach.Overall, this beach house offered the perfect balance of beauty, comfort, and tranquility. It’s an ideal getaway for anyone looking to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the simple pleasure of looking at the ocean.Communication with the owner was excellent.I will go back for sure.

Great week in Eleuthera

The house was perfect for us. Great location and very clean. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and Lisa ( one of the custodians) was just a joy to work with. We will be back for sure

Jump into the Ocean & Enjoy the Breeze

Jump into the ocean right from the house and snorkel some coral structures where you can see tropical fish. The location was ideal to explore all sides of the island. Our host was incredibly responsive and her local caretaker, Lisa, helped us out with a few needs during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is beautiful. Lovely house. Power outages are a reality on Eleuthera and also No seeums but it did not detract from the beauty.

Relaxing Vacation

Perfect Getaway

Amazing views and perfect house for our family of five. Has all of the essentials that you could need or want. Close to lots of activities and restaurants. Rainbow beach is incredible. And the host could not be more wonderful. So grateful they’ve had the opportunity to stay.
