“We wished we’d booked a longer stay here. The location is perfect for hiking, not only at the nearby falls, but for exploring local villages on foot and bicycle. Our hosts were so gracious, even provided bicycles, and the home and grounds are spacious and extremely clean. Two nights gave us enough time to see the spectacular waterfalls, but the park has many other trails that aren’t crowded, so I wish we could spend another day at the park plus two or three more days to explore the surrounding...

The pool was new and clean, the host and his family were very friendly and welcoming, the apartments were spacious, clean and well-equipped. The location is by a main road, but noise wasn't an issue at night and it was easy to access grocery stores, restaurants, and the fairytale Rastoke falls.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and garden were lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub, especially on some of the cooler days. The area is beautiful and incredibly green and lush compared with the coast. Vedran was very helpful with suggestions as to what to do in the area - we thoroughly enjoyed our canoe trip and a visit to the bear sanctuary. Plitvice Lakes were stunning but very busy. I would recommend this house to anyone who enjoys being away from the crowds.”

“I was traveling Croatia with my husband, father and sister and was looking for a unique non-hotel feel for our time near Plitvice. This was perfect! The location was so secluded and beautiful. The drive up was a bit nerve wrecking as it is a thin road with little visibility for oncoming traffic at times, but well worth it. There were nice choices for places to eat and markets near by and there were several local cats happy to greet us. The property manager (I think) even brought us some...

“Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Nächte dort. Der Gastgeber war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Die Plitvicer Seen waren schnell und gut erreichbar (etwa 3km zu Eingang 1 und 6km zu Eingang 2) und sind ein wahres Naturspektakel. Auch einen Tagesausflug nach Bosnien und Herzegowina haben wir unternommen (ebenfalls sehr sehenswert).”

“Durch Schneechaos in Österreich sind wir erst spät angekommen und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt: mit Äpfeln, Pralinen und frisch gebackenen Muffins. Die Wohnung war warm, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Als Unterkunft für den Besuch der Plitwitzer Seen ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal!”

“El apartamento es muy amplio, por fuera es tan bonito cómo se ve en las fotos. Los acabados de dentro son de hace muchos años, no ha sido renovado. Cumple su función, sin mirar a la estética de la decoración. He echado en falta persianas, pero pocos apartamentos deben de tenerlas en Croacia. ”
