Quaint comfortable place with access to everything Raleigh has to offer with ease. The home itself was comfortable for a family with small children and we really enjoyed the small back area for hanging out in the evening. The fire table was a great touch by the host but may need a butane torch to light in the future. They had some great recommendations available in the house and Sam Jones BBQ is a must. We will have this place handy when we return next year.

Such a cute and clean place! Well appointed with everything we needed and some special perks most rentals don't include (loved the big rock ice cube!)Great location easily walkable to a lot of restaurants and breweries. Would stay here again when in town for another event!

Comfortable and well appointed home on a quiet street. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries made during our stay. The location of this home is close to NC State and downtown Raleigh. The beds were extremely comfortable, the water pressure really good and plenty of hot water. There must be a noise ordinance in place or very respectful neighbors as there was a party going on with loud music close by. But at 10 pm the music abruptly cut off and it was quiet the rest of the night. Highly recommend this home for your stay in Raleigh!

I had a great stay! I will be honest that the photos of the outside of the house were concerning. Upon arriving it was no reason to worry! House is in a great area! Inside the house is as beautiful as pictures and super clean. Beds were comfortable and you felt right at home. Easy walk to a few restaurants but opted to drive to some also. We will definitely stay here again!

Very cute and clean! Perfect for our weekend in Raleigh. Just wish we were able to enjoy the house more— we mostly only slept there. Will definitely try to stay here if ever in Raleigh again.

The house had a musty smell that got into our clothes and luggage. Reported to the owner, who said he would come to the property but never showed or communicated back. Mold was visible on the bathroom ceiling. The handle on the master bedroom sink came off in my hand.The property is in a great location, but with all the issues and lack of responsiveness by the owner, it falls short of a good rating.

This property was perfect for our family needs! We absolutely loved the house and location It was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Although we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and even mini bar supplies. The rooms were exactly as pictured, neat and clean and rather spacious. The beds and couch were all very comfortable. The location was rather quiet, considering it's only a couple blocks from downtown. Very short walk to convenience stores, bars and restaurants. The backyard doesn't have much privacy, however, we never really saw any neighbors back there, and didn't feel awkward just chilling by the fire pit. Overall, this is a fantastic property and we would love to come stay here again!

This property was the perfect location for the wedding we were attending!. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and room to relax. The location was perfect for getting into downtown Raleigh. We could walk to food and to a nice neighborhood park. Steve was very helpful from the first contact to the last. He was quick to respond to all questions!Thanks for a great stay!

I was excited based off the reviews of this place but it definitely underwhelming. I had some work to do in this trip and the internet was in and out the whole time. A lot of the rooms could use an update- the bathroom felt like a bathroom inside of a college dorm. It was that bad. Just not very nice or seemingly clean and very tiny. When I went to use the sink in the Master, the handle came off of the sink every time I turned the water on. I had to put it back on several times and make sure I lifted it in a way it wouldn’t come off. The soap and shampoo provided was cheap and clumpy. The soap was running low and stopped coming out of the bottle, so I had to unscrew it and dump it in my hand and it was clumpy- which I dno just felt gross.The AC didn’t work well for the first 12 or so hours I was there. It was on but I Couldn’t get it below 73 until it cooled down at night. The house was in a strange location with a lot of random people walking through - right next to a church. Not a BAD location by any means, but definitely felt uneasy at times.The hosts offered to move me in to the house next store after the problems with the AC and internet so that was nice of them. I didn’t want to be trouble and was busy the next day so decided just to stay put. But for the price, there’s just no way this place is a 10/10 and I wouldn’t stay here again. The place was big enough to fit at least 3-4 people. The initial listing of this place was over 400 for two nights . Not worth it
