Welcome to our cozy home! Walk or drive 1 mile to vibrant downtown Apex. The entire space is carefully designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. It has 1 king bedroom, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shared shower, a large living room, a fully stocked kitchen, a private outdoor living area, a laundry room, a large yard, and ample parking. Self-check in. Close proximity to major highways. Kids welcome. We'd love to host your visit!



The Space:

Our family is off to Italy for the season! While we're away, enjoy our single-family ranch-style home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (Tub / shower shared by both bathrooms in a jack-and-jill style). One bedroom has a king bed; the other has two twins. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs. A Nespresso is available with provided coffee pods. A droptop desk workstation is provided in the master bedroom (It's a picture that converts into a desk). The backyard is big (not fenced) and quiet, except for the occasional training passing. Come spend some time in the heart of Apex - we're sure you will enjoy it!

The Neighborhood:

This home is located in Apex, NC, one of the highest-rated towns for safety in the entire country! This home is not in a homeowner's association. It's located on a quiet street with no through traffic. We walk downtown all the time for things like ice cream, smoothies, coffee, lunch, and dinner. There are plenty of options within walking distance, especially on Salem Street!



Other Things to Note:

We understand that some people are more sensitive than others to ambient noise coming from outside of the house. Please note that there is an active railroad nearby to the house and trains can be heard from inside the home. We provide white noise machines for those who prefer to drown out the sound of the train.

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.

All closets will be locked during your stay, because they contain our personal belongings. However, hanging racks are provided in each bedroom to hang any clothes. Each room also has ample drawer space / dressers.
