Excelente hotel a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Instalaciones nuevas y muy limpias, personal amable Habitación cómoda y limpia, con camas muy confortables Lo único malo es el desayuno, muy básico. Debe mejorar este aspecto

En particular siempre he sido consecuente huesped de esta cadena de hoteles por sus ubicaciones, higiene y habitaciones siempre en optimo estado atencion y servicio de primera por ello es mi recomendacion a todos mis amigos.

Our original room did not have working hot water but with a call to the desk they immediately offered us a room transfer. Customer service was great and staff was friendly. I would stay again.

While this property is clean, and a decent, basic hotel, there are a few problems of note. First, visitors should be advised that this hotel is literally in the middle of nothing in terms of shops or restaurants. It is in a residential area with absolutely nothing to offer. The only good thing about it is that it is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle. I specifically reserved this hotel because I wanted a hot tub after a long trip. I even called ahead of time to check and see if it was working, since a few reviews on Expedia indicated some problems. I was told it was working. Much to my disappointment, when we arrived, assigned on the front desk, said “spa closed for maintenance.” Obviously, there is a problem with the spa that needs to be addressed at a broader level based on all the negative reviews about it. The food for breakfast is very basic, high in salt and starches, and processed meats and not much to offer in the way of healthy eating. I feel like part of what I pay for a hotel includes paying for amenities, such as the spa and a decent breakfast, but when these things are not up to spec or not even working, why should I be paying the full amount?

Excellent place to stay.
Very nice property. Ladies at the check in desk were very nice and personable. Foyer and lobby were very clean. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was well presented.

I was truly disappointed to pay an extra $50+ for a hotel with a jacuzzi, at the hotel called the front desk to see how late it was open "11 o'clock", just to go downstairs and find out it's "out of order" for cleaning/high chemicals. Room was nice and comfy... arg.

The hotel was not very clean. The pool and hot tub they done maintenance on during the day so it was down. Room needed recleaned. Bad overall experience

Heater made a terrible noise and no one came to fox it. The hot water pressure was so low it barely came out the shower head, the front door wouldn't open when I tried to leave in the morning , and the elevator button is broken. Unresponsive maintenance department. Beautiful facility, lots of broken items.

Gentlemen that checked us I was extremely slow and didn’t really seem to know what he was doing. Hot tub was not functioning until the last night of our stay. Two of the three mornings, staff was vacuuming the front entry area during breakfast it was very loud and made it all but impossible to have a conversation.

The hotel offered an airport shuttle on web site and advertised it was close to the airport- however I had to wait outside in the cold for 1 hr and 45 min and call the hotel 10x. I had waited at the airport mostly outside in cold - and did not arrive until 2 hours after my first call. I booked a cab in the morning because did not trust the airport shuttle to get to the airport ! The cab did not show up either. Your kind staff gave me a ride. The staff was kind and helpful. However the hotel used plastic ugly disposable plastic in rooms and the elevator was filthy. I would never stay here for a layover ever again. A hotel near the airport needs to be able to get their guests to the airport on time. The early clerk kindly saved me from missing my plane. Even the taxis were unreliable!
