  • Adorable Bungalow in the heart of the city close to everything Raleigh has to offer! Just Blocks to NC State &, Cameron Village, few minutes drive or Uber to PNC Park to go to concerts or to Glenwood South to go check out the bar scene or go sightseeing in Downtown Raleigh. Everything is so close!!! Airport is only 10 min drive as well:) The house lives like a three bedroom with three separate baths perfect for everyone to have their own private suites! Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and beautiful bathroom with two separate vanities, the other guest bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom with tub /shower right down the hall. The upstairs loft bedroom has its own suite feel complete with hang out space bedroom area and large bathroom. Renovated completely new everything top to bottom with new kitchen and baths with quartz countertops and pot filler and gas stove, new cabinetry and new tile in all baths and mudroom:) The Heart of the City has it all and even a heart in the bathroom floor❤️ Enjoy the deck area for drinks or relax in the hot tub for 4 people , and a fenced in private yard perfect for pets! Or even the side yard oasis with the fire pit area perfect for those nights to just stay in. Comfortable convenient and bright you won’t want to leave. The Heart of The City has it all.

Home was very clean, comfortable, adorably decorated! We appreciated all the comforts from home here for us...especially tv's in all of the bedrooms. Super pet friendly, very safe fenced area too.

Perfect size & location

Five of us stayed at this property for a long weekend in Raleigh to visit our daughter at NCSU. The location was perfect and although the house is on the smaller side, the bedrooms are spread out and the three bathrooms came in handy. We loved our stay at this location and would certainly return if we have the chance.

Wedding Weekend

My friends and I had the best time staying at this property last week. The location was so convenient and the house provided plenty of space for people to spend time together. The hosts were responsive, accommodating and so pleasant to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again the future!

My two adult kids and I had an excellent stay. House was very clean and comfortable. The location is very central and convenient. It is on a Main Street and I’d advise ear plugs. Didn’t think we’d need the hot tub in August but it was fun to sit there in a rain storm. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Raleigh Get Away

Beautiful house in a great location. Owner was very responsive and great to deal with in all aspects of our stay. The yard was wonderful for our dog to play in. Highly recommend this property for any stay in Raleigh.

Very cute/comfortable home

I needed a place to entertain a few friends while in town and this place was perfect. The house was stocked with everything you would need and each bedroom had its own private bathroom which was very nice. We all really enjoyed it and hope to go back soon.

Clean, cozy, and cute

We enjoyed our stay at Heart of the City. The house was just as cute as pictured, and the host was very thoughtful and easy to work with. The only drawback was the noise from the busy road, but they did have a sound machine in one of the rooms to help with that. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful house

Such a charming house! Very Clean and very well stocked with anything you need. It was a nice and convenient stay dropping our daughter at college and easy traveling with our little dog. Stacey was very responsive on any questions that we had and really thought of everything in the home.

Great for business travel!

In town for the week on business with an employee. After working 10 hour days, it was a great place to stretch out, make dinner, work on my computer and relax before the next work day.

Great house for family and friends

Super clean, comfy, cute house, with all the furnishings of home. Great location. This house is in a safe neighborhood, and is beyond adorable inside. Nice yard and hot tub for guests to use. Perfect for families or for a friend’s weekend. Furnishings are current and up to date, with the great architecture of a historic home.

Oasis in Raleigh

A wonderful location near restaurants and NC State! You’ll find the home’s clever design both functional and beautiful with a calming palette and eclectic light fixtures. Loved all the well thought out details. Owner is very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Christmas Home-away-from-home

Super cute and comfortable for two of us from up north. We had kids and grandkids in shifts. The hot tub was a hit, as was the upstairs space for kids to split off and play/visit/sleep over. Great beds, linens, huge/wonderful closet (key to hiding Xmas presents and keeping the rest of the space tidy.) we loved it -- would rent again. Convenient location.

NC State Visit

The Family & dog visited our student at NC State. Very close to campus, PNC arena, & shops/dining. Owner was very responsive, and immediately addressed a hvac service issue. We all enjoyed our stay.

NCSU families

Moving our son into apartment to start his next year at NCSU- great location. We loved the house- 3 bathrooms were wonderful to have and we loved the decor of the house. Worked fabulous for our corgi as well!

Gorgeous home in pretty neighborhood

The host, who is also a decorator, has made this very relaxing space and has added many special touches which make it feel like a resort. Nice bathroom toiletries and towels, a Brita for water, throw blankets, etc. The town is fun to walk around and it is easy to get to the college. Highly recommend.

Amazing rental

This was an incredible place to stay. The location to downtown Raleigh was so close, the house was absolutely adorable and the place was stocked. If you are traveling with a dog, the owner of the property made it super convenient to stay there and the fenced in yard was a super added bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again! My step mom asked if she could buy the place! Thanks for a great rental.

Perfection

What a charming home in an ideal location! My daughter & I spent the weekend during college visits. We ate well, did yoga & orangetheory -all nearby- and enjoyed our downtime at the house. This would be ideal for a girls’ weekend too. I already miss it & want to come back!!!
