Lovely stay at a great home. Comfortable furniture and bed. Lots of places to site. Everything you could need to cook or bake anything. Great neighborhood - saw everyone out walking and chatting with each other. Host allowed full control of thermostat. No check out requirements - didn't have to start laundry or take out garbage. These days I don't often stay at VRBOs strictly because it isn't worth it if I have to do a bunch of housekeeping afterwards and this one is a different ball of wax. I look forward to staying again next time I'm in town.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in the perfect location—very close to the airport, which made travel easy, yet situated in a quiet, great neighborhood. The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it ideal for our family stay. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

Great central location if you are visiting UNC and Duke. The property is very spacious. I only stayed with my adult son, but there is comfortable accommodations for a much larger group. Very well appointed and comfortable furnishing. I would definitely stay again.

This home was very spacious, as we had 4 adults and 2 kids. There is everything you need to cook a meal, from pots and pans to air fryer and tea kettle. The home was clean, cozy and in a nice area. The host response time was not as prompt as we would have liked, but he did respond and there was nothing we needed asap. We would book this place again. FYI the master bed room bed is nice and comfy and our kids said the trundle beds were comfy as well,

Lovely House

This was a wonderful house in a good location. Very clean and nicely furnished with lots of amenities. Would love to book again next year for graduation but it looks unavailable. Hard to beat this house.

The property was was absolutely gorgeous, just as it is on the pictures. They had lots of amenities with all the items needed for your stay away from home, especially in the kitchen. It was also in a very nice neighborhood. I will definitely stay at this property again. The host was very nice and polite.

Very nice home that is centrally located between NC State and UNC as well as all the nearby shops. Would definitely book again for the girls to attend the two gymnastic camps.

Great place and great location

The property was absolutely fantastic. The place was clean and the amenities in the house were top quality. Communication with Samuel throughout the stay was great as questions came up from time to time. We will definitely be coming back here for our future trips to the triangle!

The place to stay

Words cannot express how we enjoyed our stay. Before we arrived in property, the warm communication was like being invited over by an old friend. The warm of the property made it inviting and difficult to leave. This protist MUST stay. I wish could duplicate it for every destination but I know this one spot. 5 Stars

The townhouse modern, comfortable and clean. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Bed Linens and towels were clean. Community pool was plesant, kids loved it. Located in new safe comutity ,super close to large mall. Would reccomend this place.

Great townhouse close to Downtown and Duke U

Had a very nice stay at this home for Duke U graduation weekend! The house was perfect for our group of 8 and the beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was perfect size for pizza at night and we all had fun playing games on the large table! I would stay here again for sure!!

Excellent property!

My family (5 adults) was in Durham for a long weekend. The property was beautiful, comfortable, well maintained and close to lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If ever back in Durham, I will certainly choose this again. Samuel was excellent to work with. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful and Cozy Townhome

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing weekend in this beautiful townhome. Excellent location near Southpoint Mall. Very accommodating and responsive host. Loved the little personal touches such as the welcome sign with my name on it! Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Comfortable, convenient, clean. Loved the layout of the home with the bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. Such a great location between Durham and RDU.
