We stayed here twice in November and found it very comfortable and clean, spacious and perfect for two couples in town for the weekend. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment!

The Cozy Cottage was a clean well stocked home in a quick walkable neighborhood. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Lovely house in a convenient location

This house was just as described and in a location very convenient to both Chapel Hill and Duke. It was very clean and equipped with everything that one could need. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage! The kitchen was well-stocked, the location is convenient to everything, Nichole was very easy to reach, and the neighborhood is wonderful for morning or evening walks... beautiful! We would stay here again!

Chapel Hill Getaway

This is an exceptional place for a getaway.It is spacious, had anthing you needed in the way of kitchen items. Nice touch with extra toothbrushes and razors.

Great Property, Great Location, Great Communication

The property was perfect! Two nice sized bedrooms and two full baths. 15 minutes to Duke and 15 minutes to UNC; the optimal location for us.Also, the communication was on point and concise. We will definitely stay here again if we're in this part of NC.Thank you!

Visiting family and college drop off

Great vacation rental. Property is clean and well stocked. Thoughtful extras in case someone forgot a toiletry or two. Great location. Close to downtown Chapel Hill but quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We didn’t get to spend a ton of time at the home due to football weekend events. But it’s a great home in a very convenient location. We hope to stay there again!

Perfect

We absolutely love staying in the cozy cottage! It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, nicely furnished, including comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a dinner for seven. Two of the things we liked most were the location and the deer that visited twice a day. we will definitely stay in the cozy cottage for our upcoming visits to Chapel Hill when it is available.

Perfect for our family of four

This is a perfect rental property and met or exceeded all expectations. Clean, well appointed with higher end furnishings, bedding and towels. This is not your typical Amazon/Ikea makeover. We truly felt at home. The owner was proactive with communicating and quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood and property was quiet and offered great activities for our teens (basketball, tennis, swimming) a short walk away. Excellent centralized location and close to most anything that you’d be in the area for. I can’t recommend this enough, you won’t be disappointed.

Cozy cottage

This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great location and well appointed space

This condo was just a few minutes down the road from the retirement community that my parents live in, and was a perfect space for us to stay while visiting. The hosts were quick to help when the code that was provided for the door didn't want to work. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a nice meal, which is often difficult in a VRBO. The beds were fine, although I had thought the master was going to have a king bed. Instead, it was just two twins pushed together (but still made with twin sheets and comforters on each bed). It worked fine for us, but was unexpected. The empty front room was a bit odd, but there was plenty of other space, so it didn't really matter. Would be a great office/den space with a desk and small couch or something. Glad we found this spot and will likely book again for a future visit!
