“This was my first time using VRBO to book a home. I was coming into town for work and usually use hotels but decided to try out VRBO for the convenience of being able to cook for myself and clean clothes. Mrs. Lynn made this stay wonderful, starting from the time I called her to extending my stay a week. I will definitely be using this service again. ”

“Mouse droppings in kitchen and other parts of home including a bed - that was the worst of our issues. No hot water for more than 48 hours so unable to sanitize the mouse poopy dishes or take showers. Had to ask for check in details on our way to property as they were not provided. Although listing stated noon, check in was not until 3:00 so we had to kill time til check in. It was 80 degrees in house when we arrived. Pool was still being filled & cleaned.
