There was nothing wrong with the hotel, it just wasn’t anything more than a space to sleep. The hallways were outdated, the noise from hallways and neighboring rooms was quite loud and distracting.

The staff makes you feel welcome, helpful, very pleasant to speak with . Patrick does his job very well and very pleasant to speak with. Paul the shuttle driver very friendly and helpful with any direction or questions about rama. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Within an hour of checking in we had a family emergency and had to leave. The staff showed no empathy or compassion and simply stated that we were going to be charged for the full rate.

Stayed at this spot as Casino Rama was sold out, but next time I’d definitely choose this in the first place. Less than 10 minute walk to the casino but none of the hustle bustle. Our view was out to a field and the lake. Stayed in the king suite which was very nice- comfy bed and pillows. Free breakfast and friendly staff. Decor is a bit dated but overall an excellent stay.

Checking in staff was rude - checking out staff was nice. First room was very dirty, blood on sheets, vomit on toilet seat. Later staff left chocolate and an apology note which was nice. Second room better but garbage in room still. Pool was very nice and location was good.

Overall good experience. Staff was nice, available though late check in. Easy check in. Room is clean. One thing can be improve is breakfast, hard boil eggs were very cold, no bacon, hard to call it continental, so if can change to omelet, that would be more decent.

We stayed there when we went to Casino Rama, its just across the road(10 minute walk) the staff were very nice, the room was clean, the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was good too, l always like the waffles. We would stay there again.
