“Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Diego und in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Rebecca hat super geklappt. Sie hat uns die nötigen Infos für den Check In zur rightigen Zeit gegeben und war während des Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet, inkl Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vor allem die Küche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und haben sehr viel selbst gekocht. “The house is exactly what you see in the pictures, the pool oasis is outstanding and the game room— my kids where super excited when we opened the door. There is everything you need for outside games, pickleball, beach toys and inside too, extra towels, sheets and blankets!! It was truly a ‘home’ experience.I would 100 % rent the bird house again! ”

“The house is newer & nicely furnished. Being in East County it was a drive to get to anyplace, but has good freeway access and usually not bad traffic. The only downside was it's closeness to a main highway so the traffic noise was noticeable. But overall it was a nice house, comfortable and convenient.”

“We had a great stay for a week in February! The location was great! We even both worked 3 days from this location and the internet was able to handle it! Great kitchen stocked with most of what is needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and I slept better than at home! Having a washer and dryer was great. Communication with the host was excellent! All around very pleased and would definitely stay here again!”

“Charming Kensington address overlooking the rooftops of this established area of be beautiful, palm trees, and 90 to 100 year-old homesThe one bedroom place was lovely artistic with a mid-century vibe. The kitchen had all the supplies you could possibly want and the home was comfortable the television worked and you had all the streaming you could want. I had a very enjoyable day.”
