My family really enjoyed the cabin— the photos don’t do it justice! The view is incredible, the cabin was extremely clean and cozy. There were spices left which helped when preparing meals. The hot tub was clean and well managed. The yard was great, we loved having the fenced portion for the dog and child. My daughter was very excited to play on the swing-set!The fireplace inside was nice for the cold evenings and the day it decided to snow!We visited local nature trails and Carter’s lake, all very easy to navigate from the cabin.We had a relaxing and restful visit, we would definitely book again in the future!

Beautiful cabin, amazing hot tub, but unfortunate events from my stay with my family during a Georgia cold snap of February. Arrived late after traveling all day to a non functioning hot water heater and the next morning no water. Host called someone out for repairs but showed 10 hours late. Was able to get running water for toilets but no hot water for the weekend.Host was reasonably responsive and thankfully refunded a portion of the stay.I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in any other season but winter.

Our host was amazing! He answered our questions in advance, make sure we arrive safely, gave us all the instructions we could need to make sure we had a great visit. The amenities were terrific. The hot tub was amazing and crystal clear! We had a terrific day and will come back again soon!

The cabin is older but updated and while not brand new, it offers plenty of comfort and charm. The host was incredibly responsive, had the cabin well-stocked with essentials, and made our stay perfect. The mountaintop views of Carter’s Lake and the dam were breathtaking. We loved the easy-to-use hot tub and cozy fireplace during five days of rain and chilly weather. The well-equipped kitchen made eating in a breeze. The driveway is a little steep but very accessible for small SUVs or cars with higher clearance. We can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your cabin and the wonderful vacation!!

This cabin was even more charming than the pictures made it look. My family and I immensely enjoyed the view and the space. We had everything we needed there to relax, entertain, and be entertained. We grilled, cooked, baked, watched sunsets, movies, played fusball, and enjoyed the campfire and hot tub. We would happily stay here again!

It was a nice little property. Old house that had undergone renovation on the inside. The interior was well situated and roomy. Amenities were great and we wanted for nothing. I grill and was impressed by the cleanliness of the grill. That is a rarity. For my wife and me, it was a nice stay.

Impeccable view and plenty of space for large family. Needs some updating, looks like a roof leak with patchwork, mold spots on the top of the ceiling kind of worried me a bit and quite a few dust bunnies. The hot tub was nice and clean. Avoid August because of wasps attraction to the willow tree sap, learned something new. Very beautiful location. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the screen porch, weather felt amazing. The resident pool was nice as well. The driveway and drive a little sketchy but was good with an SUV.

The cabin had a beautiful view of the mountain and lake. Cabin was cozy and we loved looking at the views from the hot tub. Be aware of the steep driveway. You may want to drive up the mountain and turn around and come up the other way. Once we learned this trick it was no problem.

Amazing!!

My husband and I stayed here this weekend for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. The view is breathtaking!! Our favorite part of the trip was being able to sit on the deck having coffee while looking at the mountains and lake. Every room in the house was completely clean and it’s a very cute cabin. The deck has a hot tub underneath what looks like a willow tree and string lights. It was very romantic! The house was easy to find and check in was very simple. It’s 30 minutes from Ellijay so we were able to go enjoy the shops and a winery in town and be back at the cabin in no time. The host was very kind and responded quickly to a question about check out, which was also very simple. We loved this place so much that we hope to come back again in the future!

Doggo Getaway

I took my family and puppy to get away for a little relaxation. The location was nice and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The house was stocked with what you need to be comfortable. The back yard was not entirely pet proof, there was a space in the fence that a dog could squeeze through. The cleaner was still there when we arrived at 5pm despite check-in being at 3pm, so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made some fun memories.

Amazing little cabin, driveway steep! Only suggestion is to have a book or laminated copy of checkout procedures, we had to leave before I received them. Plenty of room for our family and a few more if we needed! View was breath taking and took advantage of the hot tub!!
