    THE SUITE
    This warm and inviting lower-level suite features a private entrance with a dedicated driveway parking space right out front — no stairs, no shared hallways, no hassle. Walk right in and feel at home.

    Inside you'll find a plush king bed with quality linens for a great night's sleep, and a beautiful electric fireplace that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere year-round. The cozy living area with smart TV and a second Roku TV in the bedroom means you're always comfortable no matter where you settle in.

    For simple meal prep, the suite includes a hot plate, microwave, and mini fridge — perfect for heating up meals, making coffee, and keeping snacks and drinks on hand. A dedicated workspace with fast WiFi makes this a great option for remote workers and business travelers too.

    Blackout shades ensure a peaceful night's sleep no matter what time you arrive. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable in summer.

Perfect size for two people. Quite area even though it’s on a main road. Close enough to everything in Rapid City.

Great location to stay at if you’re looking to be near a lot of attractions, trails, and city life still. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and was great at responding and helping us out with an item we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend staying with here!

Directions and communication with the manager were very clear. It was nice and clean and worked perfect for our quick, one nite stay in Rapid City.

Pleasant stay

Cozy and comfortable. Amenities were perfect for what we needed. Shower was a bit small but that is the only drawback. ☺️

Great Stay!

The property was very convenient for my extended stay in Rapid City. It is a basement room but there was no noise from above. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything that I needed. Parking is great! It's off the street right by the house.

Not Happy With This Property

This property was clean and the property manager was very responsive. The property was hard to get into and located on a busy street. It is a downstairs apartment and we could hear the upstairs tenants. The key pad on the property door wasn't working. So we didn't feel that our belongings were safe. The price that we paid was not worth it. Warm showers and an awkward bathroom. We would not recommend this place to future guests.

BEWARE

Host was condescending, insensitive, & rude. In addition she commented about our state as having a high crime rate. I’m still scratching my head regarding that comment! I have never experienced this kind of behavior before. Being a host of a vacation rental myself I’m lost for words!
