“It’s was wonderful experience the staff were very helpful and the place was very beautiful”

“Overall experience is very good starting from quick and rapid check in to accomodation, very helpfull friendly staff, rooms in a fair condition not too good but not bad at all, rooms are well equibed, well furnished, view is great, pool is fantastic, food is delicious and have a good varaiety, however mantianance work all around is a little bet disturbing, also presence of oil wax (شحم) all along the beach is very annoying, frustrating and disappointing, aside from this the shore is rocky so it...

We spent almost two hours waiting to check in. The reception was overcrowded, luggage was everywhere, there was no clear queue or proper system, and both the manager and staff were avoiding guests’ questions instead of giving clear answers or...

What was advertised and booked as a standard hotel stay turned out to be an unmonitored apartment setup run by aggressive third-party brokers. This stay was a complete nightmare from start to finish: Illegal Retention of Personal Documents: Management and brokers illegally withheld official identity documents, including my...
