Villa Elicona D is a welcoming apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the Cathedral of Ravello. It sleeps five people. From Villa Elicona D you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding buildings and of Ravello. Villa Elicona D is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared jacuzzi pool, a shared terrace, a shared patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Ravello, a few meters (feet) from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Ravello line at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Castiglione di Ravello beach) at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles).
Villa Elicona D is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up a public route that includes approximately 50 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Elicona D. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, using a valet service. The pick up/drop off point is located at approximately 150 meters (165 yards). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. The complex, composed of seven apartments, is located in the heart of Ravello and combines independent accommodations with shared common spaces designed to offer guests comfort, privacy, and relaxation.

 

The main building includes five apartments (units A, B, C, D, and E) connected to the central areas of the property, while two additional apartments (units F and G) are located in a separate building approximately 70 meters away (roughly 230 feet), offering greater independence and tranquility. Despite being detached from the main building, guests staying in these two apartments have full access to all the facilities and common areas of the complex, including the patio, jacuzzi, and outdoor relaxation areas.

Patio
The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from mid-April until the end of October (the jacuzzi pool can be heated, if requested -- additional cost applies, please enquire with our staff). It is partly shaded by wood roofs and by awnings. It is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. The patio is shared with guests staying at 6 other apartments.
Laundry room (serviced)
A laundry service is available on the premises. You can leave your clothes to be washed and dried. Please note that the laundry service is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.  Terrace with jacuzzi pool
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from mid-April until the end of October (the jacuzzi pool can be heated, if requested -- additional cost applies, please enquire with our staff). You will reach it going up a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. It is partly shaded by wood roofs and by awnings. It is equipped with chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding buildings and of Ravello. You will share the terrace with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
