“I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy and would recommend this to anyone who is interested”

“It is a 5-10 walk to groceries and a well stocked liquor store. There are numerous restaraunts and bars very close. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Ani Harn Beach. The pool is the main attaction! Unfortunely we only had 4 days here, and we spent most of the time in the pool. We will defietly stay longer for our next visit.”

“The place was cleaned and the girls Made our bed daily and changes the linen’s regularly. My husband went to the pool he used the raft and noticed a leak in the seam and he mentioned this Michael. Suddenly this was his fault and he needed to pay for it. Then Michael the owner proceeded to tell us we had to pay for the electricity. What? Never has a rental studio asked for electricity payment. It wasn’t that much but this expense was Not listed on the ad. He tried to be helpful but hard to...

“Das Haus an sich ist sehr gut. Ist etwas abgelegen. Ein Auto oder Roller,werden auf jeden Fall benötigt. Strand ist zum Baden nicht geeignet. Im haus ist alles vorhanden mit einer super Ausstattung. Leider waren die Stromkosten mit 4 Personen für 10 Tage huntert und zwanzig Euro, was viel zu teuer ist. Klimaanlage ist nur nachts zum Schlafen auf 26Grad gelaufen.”

“Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard.
