“This is a great spot with a cool design aesthetic. It was just enough space for me, my husband and dog. So many places I’ve stayed have an abundance of “stuff” and things can be hard to find. The love shack had just enough of everything and it felt like an actual home. Place was super clean and the location is great. Communication was easy and straightforward”

“Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!”

“We stayed at this home for a week and enjoyed getting away to this woodsy area. We saw deer everyday on our walks. It’s a little out of the way (just what we needed, lol) but not so far that things were difficult to access by any means. House was recently renovated and we found it to be clean. Communication with the owners was easy. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if our travel plans brought us back to the area. ”

“Of course, even though it was “MEMORIAL DAY” weekend… the official start of summer…temps hung in the low 50’s during the day & dipped into the 30’s at night. Rain did end after the first day but still unable to do much outside because of the windy, chilly conditions. We made the most of our time away though.
