It’s an amazing place. A little far from all the regular places where you’ve been (an hour from South Padre Island) but works. The service is amazing, the breakfast and general, it’s okay. Thank you!

Hello. I have viewed the CCTV. You did not understand the hotel agent as you did not speak English. There was plenty of breakfast until closing. Coffee station is in the lobby that you had noticed at check in. The desk clerk was at the desk at all times

The hotel was very clean. The evening manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and very large. The negative - my #1 sorting criteria to find a hotel on this trip was to get one with a spa/hot tub. This hotel listed a spa and showed pictures on the website. However, the "spa" was not heated or maintained as a spa. It was described as a "kiddie pool" when I asked if it could be turned on. If you are not providing a spa, you should not list it as such.

The staff was great and very accommodating. The issue we had was the smell when we walked into the hotel. There was a damp, moldy smell in the lobby area. Even the rooms had the same smell but not as bad. That was very disturbing. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, it was very basic and just not impressive.
