Sea-view villa located between Saint Tropez and Le Lavandou, just 250 m from the beach, easily reached on foot. The villa is accessed by stone steps; the ground floor is on one level. Upon arrival, you’ll find a wooden terrace (solarium) and a shaded terrace.



La Dolce Vita is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there’s a kitchen, living area, TV corner, and WC. First floor: one air-conditioned double bedroom, one air-conditioned twin bedroom, shower room, and WC. Second floor: air-conditioned double bedroom, shower room, WC, and loggia.



The greenway connecting Le Lavandou to Cavalière is just 50 m from the villa, accessible via the main road (speed limit 30 km/h, with pedestrian crossings and speed bumps). Rayol Canadel offers five sandy beaches, the nearest at the entrance to the greenway.

Villa Dolce Vita is between St Tropez (25 km) and Le Lavandou (10 km), at the foot of the Corniche des Maures, in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez, and 2 km from the shops in Rayol village (mini-market, bakery, stores, doctor, pharmacy, post office, restaurant/bar, hairdresser, etc.).
