“I liked the villa, but photos did not represent the villa. Thevilla was clean and in a good postion near the night market, however the pictures on the site do not look like villa. If you wanting a villa with luxury furnishings them this is not the place for you. I would have preferred to stay in a 5 star hotel... for the same cost. However the private pool was good.”

“Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place ”

“整體算是不錯，房屋夠大，但美中不足的是房屋有些位置比較舊，房屋生活用品算齊全，廁所清潔用品只有毛巾，沒有提供牙刷，有沖涼液但不好用，還有就是蚊蟲很多。”

“Really good acomodation - modern, comfortable, quiet and secure. Only problem is location!! Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites. No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!”

“Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc”

“외국인들은 여기 안가는게 좋습니다. 안내받지도못한 청소 및 주간 근무 수당을 달라고 하지않나... 호텔스닷컴도 진짜 문제라고봅니다. 현지 호텔이랑 전혀 조율이란걸 못함. 그냥 외국인들 호구잡습니다. 진짜 기분 나빴네요”
